And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

Jordan quickly explained that yes, I broke the LCD screen and there was a very small chance that the phone would be irreparably damaged, and if that was the case, he wouldn't charge me anything for taking a look at my device.
