Used to always be upset because phone stuff always takes forever. Was finally explained to it is because they have to keep up with all the security/hacker changes. Also learned that the best time to go to the stores is midday when best staffed. Christian was so very patient with me I am not up to date on how stuff works. This T Mobile at 12th Ave. Rd in Nampa may be the worst T Mobile experience I've ever had. I went there for a simple screen saver change and ended up waiting a total of 6 hours over a period of 3 days. Not only that but the rep Sabrina ( who was very rude ) told me it was my fault because I didn't come in when they were less busy. When I ask her for my money back for the lame screen saver she flat out said no. I got home and called T-Mobile from my phone and they were apologetic and immediately refunded my money. I like T Mobile overall but I would say totally avoid this store and if you get Sabrina as a rep God help you. In the end I never got a replacement screen saver. NOT even an offer for one. read more

Customer service and care is lacking here ..even the employees just refer you to Customer service if its beyond their skills I been to other T-Mobile store that go beyond. What I got from Customer service..was most store lack training if any and they nothing more than salespeople. read more

Very helpful. We've had cellular service for nearly a year and just added internet. Easy setup and seems to be quick. We're happy so far. At least talk to them to see what they can offer you. read more

I wish I could leave a negative star review. Make sure to watch your bill and receipts if you have the misfortune of stumbling upon this place. They will add accessories and other plans to your account under the guise that it is free. They kept telling me that a 3 SyncUP trackers were free and never mentioned a $5 monthly fee for each one. Was just in there with my mom to switch from $390 Verizon bill to them. Tabby was AMAZING at explaining everything and answering questions. She was on top of everything and even applied our screen protectors and Popsocket! Never have experienced this kind of customer service at Verizon. I wanted to thank the two girls who helped my father today with his account. We came in to buy my father a new Bluetooth (his dog eats them for lunch) and be on our way. I then asked the agent to check my father's account to make sure he was paying for only the services he needed. long story short they found some errors and worked diligently to get them fixed. my father is a disabled Veteran and they even brought a chair out of the back room so he could sit down while they worked on the account. They took the time with sincerity to make sure my father's account was fixed up and finacially managble for him. They saved him a ton! He left ecstatic. Upgraded to Galaxy S9 through JUMP on Demand. Salesperson quoted a $27/month plan, and I ensured that was the rate 3 times before signing. Bill ended up being over $50/month for that specific phone. I ended up JUMP on Demanding to the cheapest model for a gift for my sibling, and we are still paying a sum on the S9 case/screen protector. This was the same gentleman who helped me twice at this location, and both times I have walked away apparently not getting the full fine print. I do not recommend this location. Let me start by saying this is not a dig on tmobile but rather on this locations management. We were promised insensitives that was later found out was not tru. Blake the manager assured me he would do everything in his power to make it right. I called a dozen times and he alluded my phone calls. I was never rude. But last week I called 3 times and he was always "with a customer " an excuse I'd been hearing for the past week... so I finally told one of the salesman please let him know I'm on my way to discuss my options. When I arrived I'm told he's left for the day (interesting because he had just gotten back from lunch ) and I was issued a refund. I didn't want a refund but apparently it's not worth Blake's time to find a solution and instead of actually telling me like a normal professional he thought it better to avoid me altogether. How rude!! If you sign up for tmobile I recommend another location. read more
