Two weeks later, we were having a few spiders coming out and when I called up, they had Kyle back out the next day. He told us that while it could be a reaction to the initial spray--the bugs getting upset about the chemicals and coming out of hiding to try to escape--he was totally happy to go over the problem areas a second time. I love averse pest control. The tech that came out to my house identified the bugs and potential problems that we may have and then treated specifically for those bugs and issues. We no longer see spiders, wasps, and ants. (our three biggest issues) If we ever have a concern or problem they are very prompt and responsive. They will come out for free in between regular appointments. We used to live in Nampa and now Caldwell. They do great work all throughout the treasure valley. My wife is always grateful when they text and email before the scheduled day. We have baby lab puppies and we were a little worried about the pesticides. Well where do I start. They pulled up into our driveway one evening late and convinced my wife to try them out. So after the 2nd time when they came out without us telling them when we would be there and only doing the outside not the inside or garage we said no more just coming without us being here. The 3rd time it happened again so we decided to cancel. We called and the said that we had signed up for 4 treatments and the first one did not count towards the 4. After all that we have more spiders then we have ever had inside and out. When I mentioned that they told me the spray brings them out. Beny was the bomb diggity (you should probably give him a raise)-- I wouldn't trust anyone else to manage my pest needs other than Averse pest control. I thought I had my ant situation under control but they came back (twice) after I sprayed, weeks apart. Instead of pulling my hair out like I wanted to do, I called Bigfoot Pest Control since they seemed to have the best reputation. I also love that it was started by locals. Larry Beus He came to my house as I had wood bees in a railroad tie and I had been stung by them on my eyelid, arm and neck. I swelled all up and had to go to the doctor. Larry came out and sprayed and took the railroad tie apart to get to the rest of them. I was very thankful for his help and knowledge. He is very nice and sure knows what he is doing.
