I couldn't be happier with the services we have received from Averse Pest Control. The first time I called, they were out within a day, and the tech Kyle was not only professional and efficient, but also personable, kind, and very fun to talk to. He really knew the science behind the products, and explained everything in a way that was very easy for me to grasp as a first time homeowner. Two weeks later, we were having a few spiders coming out and when I called up, they had Kyle back out the next day. He told us that while it could be a reaction to the initial spray--the bugs getting upset about the chemicals and coming out of hiding to try to escape--he was totally happy to go over the problem areas a second time. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the process, and even remembered my dog's name! I am so impressed with this company, we will definitely be using them for the next decade! Truly, they are wonderful. Well worth the bi-monthly investment. read more

I love averse pest control. The tech that came out to my house identified the bugs and potential problems that we may have and then treated specifically for those bugs and issues. We no longer see spiders, wasps, and ants. (our three biggest issues) If we ever have a concern or problem they are very prompt and responsive. They will come out for free in between regular appointments. We used to live in Nampa and now Caldwell. They do great work all throughout the treasure valley. My wife is always grateful when they text and email before the scheduled day. We have baby lab puppies and we were a little worried about the pesticides. They let us know that everything is child and pet friendly. That really gave us a lot of peace of mind. read more

Well where do I start. They pulled up into our driveway one evening late and convinced my wife to try them out. So after the 2nd time when they came out without us telling them when we would be there and only doing the outside not the inside or garage we said no more just coming without us being here. The 3rd time it happened again so we decided to cancel. We called and the said that we had signed up for 4 treatments and the first one did not count towards the 4. After all that we have more spiders then we have ever had inside and out. When I mentioned that they told me the spray brings them out. With all this being said the owner has since reached out and things have resolved. read more

We just moved to the Boise area. I contacted four pest control companies and Spencer from Averse was very quick to get back to me. He was great! talked me through the process and the costs. After speaking to him, I didn't even talk to the others. Awesome local business run by great people and with good prices, what more could I ask for? Benny was the tech who came to our home. LOVED this guy. He was quick professional and took the time to explain things when I had questions (New baby, vegetable garden etc). You should hope and pray that Benny does your service! I HIGHLY recommend Averse Pest Control. I have had a wonderful experience. SHOP LOCAL!!! read more

Beny was the bomb diggity (you should probably give him a raise)-- I wouldn't trust anyone else to manage my pest needs other than Averse pest control. Benny was attentive to my needs and listened to my concerns and pest complaints. He was thorough and let my daughter follow him around during the service. She was asking him all sorts of questions and he was patient and kind to her answering them as he worked. Benny went above and beyond to even do the shed and mailbox. After the service he informed me about what to expect and reassured me that Averse would be back if I had any issues. You won't be disappointed when you choose to use Averse! read more

I thought I had my ant situation under control but they came back (twice) after I sprayed, weeks apart. Instead of pulling my hair out like I wanted to do, I called Bigfoot Pest Control since they seemed to have the best reputation. I also love that it was started by locals. Guess what, the ants are gone! Like GONE gone. So happy I decided to get on their maintenance plan, if I see bugs I just call in and they come out for free. I cannot believe I waited so long to get the critters out of my house FOR GOOD. Thank you Bigfoot - I BELIEVE! :-) read more

I was recommended to use Averse pest control by a family friend, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I contacted averse initially by requesting a quote online, and they got back to me only a few minutes later. They were very friendly and answered all my questions with ease. Most importantly though, their service works dang well! I haven't see a spider since, and I haven't seen ants in my yard either! So if you're looking for a great pest control company to work with, your search ends here! read more

All I can say is WOW. Averse Pest Control seemed like a great company so I contacted them and got a quote, scheduled an appointment, and got serviced all in the same day! I've been dealing with spiders getting into my house for way too long and I've had other companies claim to be able get rid of them but this is the first time I've felt confident in getting good results. Both of the employees I spoke to were super friendly and genuinely wanted to help me. My hats off to this company! read more

Larry Beus He came to my house as I had wood bees in a railroad tie and I had been stung by them on my eyelid, arm and neck. I swelled all up and had to go to the doctor. Larry came out and sprayed and took the railroad tie apart to get to the rest of them. I was very thankful for his help and knowledge. He is very nice and sure knows what he is doing. I appreciate what he does to keep the bugs away and not in the house. Thank you so much. Linda H. read more

The BEST pest control company!!! They actually stand by their guarantees!!! I had a clover mite problem since moving here 5 years ago. I have tried several pest control companies and they would not even try different products. I would have to call and bug them to retreat only to be disappointed. Averse has been proactively finding solutions and I am amazed! I finally see less bugs! they are worth every penny!!! Amazing, and they are super kind too!!! read more

It all started because of the silly ad I saw for Bigfoot Pest Control, which I just love! As soon as I reached out, I got a phone call from Spencer, who walked me through everything and gave me a great deal with no pressure and great customer service. I got my first service two days later with Noah, and he was extremely thorough, walked me through everything again, and took amazing care of my house. So far, so good. read more

Chris just delivered the third round of service this summer. Excellent service, friendly, and thorough. In years past we have had many wasp nests in our porch railing, and earwigs inside the house and out. This year, with Bigfoot's initial treatment and maintenance, these haven't been a problem at all. I also really appreciate that Chris knocked down what spiderwebs had built up. Thanks Chris and Bigfoot! read more

Owen and Arturo came out today and did a lovely job of spraying all about my property, addressing my concerns about ants, wasps, spiders and other general pests. They found a couple wasp nests and took care of that, too. Oh, and those little gnat things that fly up from my lawn every time I go outside--gone. Very thorough, they were! Thank you, guys. Very much appreciated this service! read more

I had a great experience with averse pest Control in Boise. The gentleman came to my home, he was on time and treated my property with professionalism and respect. Ive used my share of pest control services but this was far and away the best I have found in the area. Update: when I found out they did all payments online, I was super impressed. We hired Averse to spray my grandparents' 3500 square foot home to get it prepped for winter and the spiders that sneak inside. Kyle was our technician and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. Service was quick and professional and the product was safe to use with two toddlers and two dogs running around while he sprayed. 100% recommend. read more
