Scott is the BEST!!! I have been VERY well taken care of for about a year now, living with my mother (who still uses his service) and now with roommates. I've been meaning to write a review for awhile now, as I've been very happy with the results after every issue I've had with bugs & even mice! My mother's house was absolutely INFESTED with earwigs in the spring of 2015, and then that summer as well with what looked like hobo spiders (but could've been wolf or even grass spiders) who were nesting ALLLLL over the backyard, and even in the house. I would see at least one huge, creepy spider every day while living there that season. Then this past spring I insisted that my mom get somebody to come and take care of the bugs... I was recommended Wilkinson Pest Control by another loyal customer of Scott's, and have been a loyal customer myself ever since! I recommend him to anyone else out there in need of pest control services. I honestly do not have any other experience with bug guys, but Scott is preferred, even over his son, who recently became a licensed partner with him. The crew at Wilkinson Pest Control are top notch! They really have perfected the art of providing exceptional customer service. We have been using their service for several years. Its easy and convenient to do business with these guys. They send out a reminder letting you know they are coming. They communicate what is going on. After my place has been treated they email me the bill with a link to pay it online, couldn't be easier. On the rare occasion that you have any issues, they will come back out and treat for free as part of the service. I feel the prices are very reasonable for the service I receive. I cannot recommend these guy's enough! When I lost my job the stopped service and did not charge me a fee like most would. I have to be honest, this was a service I did not want. My wife hates spiders and I lost the argument. However, after using the service for several years it truly was nice and I'm not sure if I care to do the house bombing and cleaning twice a year. Not to mention treatment around the house and the lawn to keep the insects away. This is a great deal and you don't have to worry about it. Let me start by saying Scott has never laughed at my hatred for bugs. I say this to him every time I see him. I have followed him from different companies. I was so excited when Scott and his wife started their own company. He will ALWAYS go to extremes to help. To my surprise he does mice too. My older house brings in a few every year. I for some reason never thought to ask if this was part of his services. I mentioned something to him and he was on it! Set up some trap things in 2 mins and explained how they work. There is no one else I will use. He also offers military discounts. It means a lot to our family. I could truly go on and on. You will not be able to find someone like this. This review is way too long overdue. Scott rocks... Alicia and Katie, too! I actually met Scott a couple years ago.  After noticing a mass amount of ants in the irrigation control box of a home my wife & I were looking to purchase, I immediately searched for a local pest control company, got a hold of Scott on the phone, and couldn't have been more fortunate.  Pre-renovation, mid-renovation, and now entering post... it didn't matter what stage we were at, if I called Scott or sent a photo, it was remedied immediately, as well as educating me on the finding, whether; in between planks of the wood siding, in the attic, the crawl space, or a crack in the concrete slab of the garage with this 100+ year old home. We've had the same experience as Brooke. We have followed Scott from company to company simply because he has been such an amazing tech. Also super excited when he started his own company. Incredibly nice, very down to earth. Amazing price for such great service. He communicates so much better than any other tech we ever had. Also, he is licensed to treat structures away from the main structure (which I didn't even know you had to be licensed for!), so that's an added bonus. You don't pay for individual services, you just pay for the quarter and can call any time if you have a problem (which we've never even needed to do, just nice to know you can). It's so nice to have the owner of the company as your tech too!! because in the past we've had some companies send young unfriendly (half A job) summer techs and had issues. I've been VERY happy with Scott's service as well as his wife. That's why we've been with them for so long. Scott is NOT a creepy tech! (This is what I say to my friends when I recommend them!) In the past I've asked my husband to come home when I have people work on the house because I don't feel comfortable, but not with Scott. He's very professional, kind, and goes above and beyond with his customer service. I feel very comfortable with coming him in and out of my home. We had hobo spiders in our last home and he took care of those right away. We recently moved into a new home and our house was crawling with all kinds of spiders and bugs. There is no better bug man! I have had Scott and his crew coming to my house for the last 5+ years and am always happy with the service. The product they use does not smell at all, is pet friendly and I am glad because I have a little dog that loves to sniff it after they get done! And the best part about the product is it works like nothing else. I have always said there are a lot of things I would be willing to cut back on when it comes to money, but never would I get rid of my bug man! If I ever have an issue that comes up and I need him to come kill or spray in between the services, he is there within a day or two and takes care of it. Dominique was prompt, dressed professionally (Wilkinson logo on white polo shirt), and removed his shoes when he entered our home. Since this was our initial visit, he thoroughly explained the service and how he would treat the outdoor problem area (wasp nests and ants). We also had him do an inside barrier for ants and spiders. When he was finished, he invited us to do a walk around the home and yard to show us his work and to be certain he completed the job to our satisfaction. Excellent work! This company did something, no two things basically unheard of in this day and age.... 1. The owner not only walked me through information previous companies never did before, but he also admitted that based on my location, his company would not be what was best for us. Yep, gave up business because it wasn't best for us. 2. He went ahead and sprayed our house and outbuildings because of our situation with wasps already getting out of control....at no cost, with the understanding that if we sign up with them at a later time we could work things out at that time. I am very happy with Wilkinson Pest Control. Scott and Alicia are very friendly and will do whatever is needed to help you. I am also pleased that they give a military discount as there are so many companies who do not. I also like helping in the food drive by giving the food to Scott when he comes by to do my home. I had been having my home done by Scott and then went through a difficult time and had to cancel my service.
