This week it was a bottle to drink water from so I was interested in getting it. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is located in. They open early so I was able to walk inside and be the first customer of the day. I ask if they had the TMobile Tuesday bottle here and the worker told me they don't do it at this location. He said the Camarillo and Thousand Oaks are the stores that participate in those deals. So I was bummed since this is the first TMobile store that I visited which didn't participate for their TMobile Tuesday. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at this T-Mobile location. Online, it clearly said that I could use my old phone with a new plan, and that I'd only need to put a small down payment -- about a dollar a month. But when I came into the store, the manager made things confusing and seemed unwilling to help me or even sell me a phone. Instead of explaining things clearly or honoring what was advertised online, they made it feel like I was doing something wrong just for asking about the deal. I left frustrated and without any real help. T-Mobile should really make sure their online offers match what their stores actually provide -- and train their staff to treat customers with more respect and consistency. read more

After having so many issues at my mother's local TMobile in the sfv we decided to try the one near my home. Wow, what a difference. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles. I believe his name was Daniel? Not sure but he was the manager there. He was able to assist me and give me such a great deal. We were on the verge of switching to another company but his customer service was so phenomenal, he really did care and wanted to help us out to the best of his ability. Sam took over once he went on lunch and he was just as helpful. Will be the only store we go from now on. Also give the employees some chairs they deserve to sit down once in a while. read more

Hopefully this could come back as a constructive way to teach employees the basic tasks and priorities of a Phone Store During a recent visit with my mother and I, we noticed that the service expected was not delivered effectively. The employee, Hao, was juggling multiple tasks at once, working on my mother's phone and online account simultaneously. This multitasking seemed to cause him to overlook multiple basic procedures that are essential when guiding an elderly customer through a phone switch or an upgrade. It felt like the focus was more on completing the sale eagerly rather than ensuring we fully understood the process and had our concerns addressed. The more Hao wanted to keep us in the loop with the deal the more he wanted to close the sale with my mother was noticeable, but it came at the expense of providing thorough and attentive customer service. While the deals are undoubtedly attractive, the overall customer experience could be significantly improved with more attentive, step-by-step assistance, especially during important transactions such as upgrades or account changes. For Employee: Hao You'r doing good just take it slower especially for customers that are more likely to get lost with newer technology. T-Mobile is literally terrible. We switched to their service for literally 1 day in January & they lied about all of their deals and monthly payment prices. We spent half the day trying to activate our phones with them and the other half trying to cancel. Now they're charging us monthly still and keep saying they'll refund the money and stop the reoccurring payments but it's been 2.5 weeks and we've called 5+ separate times and they still haven't returned the money & hang up if we ask to talk to a manager. My son and I walked into to this T-Mobile and was immediately greeted by both Javier and Yessenia. They were on point with each and every guest as they walked in. We had the pleasure of working with Javier in which we presented him with what we wanted to accomplish. He was very attentive and allowed me to fully explain myself. I did not feel rushed and he answered each of my questions throughly. All of this while still greeting customers as they entered friendly and warmly. Yessenia kept at it as well while she was assisting her guest right next to me. I really appreciate how calm each of them were as they really were there to ensure that we received what we came in for. In my specific case Javier allowed me to explore 3 different options to allow me to get the most cost effective choice in the end. Which helped us save so much money by allowing us these several options. Not one time did he show frustration or impatience and that really helped me not feel rushed to make a bad decision on such a large purchased. In the end I got what I came in for. I got what I needed at the best costs. I received excellent customer service during a busy stressful season and was on my way in a timely manner not feeling frazzled after. That's is what it's all about. If you want to be able to get things done and people to really listen and problem solve this is the place. Totally was supposed to post my review RIGHT AFTER I left the store but better late then never- LET ME BE SUPER CLEAR...we all know that going into a phone store we are gonna leave paying more than we expected, and usually sold on a few upgrades we really didn't need- so I appreciate the hustle and authenticity of the 2 workers there Jason and Matt (please tell me I'm right about Matt's name lol)) (he is the one getting a masters in cyber security) lol The moment I walked in they greeted me and got to work right away on how they could best handle a broken phone and how to fit my budget...they reminded me of two brothers together joking, having fun and even trying to outdo each other in a fun and harmless way...I guess I can't explain it better then just saying overall there is nothing more satisfying and important then leaving a business in a better mood than when you walked in. People forget that a lot of the work is done by having to deal with outside sources and to be able to make you feel like you aren't just another person walking in and not get impatient when trying to find a solution to get all your personal picture and info from a broken phone to a new one, how to find a budget that works for you, how to consistently keep you engaged and not over do it, how to maintain an atmosphere of feeling like you've walked into a place with all friends and leaving with a pep in your step is NOT only hard, but impossible to find these days. I seriously feel and wish all business's had these two everywhere! Not sure if Tmobile rewards employees like this...but LET ME TELL YOU THEY DESERVE A RAISE 100%. Every single time I come to this store there's an issue that pushes me further towards cancelling my account entirely. From the half hearted welcomes to the long waits even when there's almost no one in the store, I'd much rather drive to the mall in Thousand Oaks. No matter the issue, they tell me to just call customer support. If you're not there to make them money, see you later. Oh, and walk around and exit as close to the wall as possible. I'll start by saying, what had the potential of becoming a very bad day, ended up as a very positive experience thanks to the employees that work here! I came into the store on Friday the 19th, under the impression there was a amazing promo I could take advantage of. Unfortunately, the guy I spoke to at the Simi Valley t-mobile(next to the Dairy Queen off Royal) days before had lied to me and said I should wait till the 19th for this deal. Well, turns out that "promo" was only offered to very select few customers..and of course, I wasn't one of them. Needles to say, I was pretty upset and angry. Made no sense to me why I wasn't part of this "promo", when literally days before I was told by a different employee to wait for this promo since it's so good. Honestly, I think he was just lazy and didn't want to help me get a new phone that day..oh well, because of that I got a much better experience and time at this store instead. When the store manager(Alejandro/Alex?) tried looking up this promo I mentioned, he saw right away I wasn't part of it. But instead of just telling me that, he actually offered ways to try to fix it and possibly even find me a different promo I could be a part of! Mind you, all of this was started within 30mins before they were about to close. I apologized over and over and felt so bad that they were staying just to help me. But not once did either the manager, nor the employee(Jenifer) make me feel bad or rushed! They were super understanding and incredibly kind! We managed to figure out the best deal, and got me my new phone set up and ready to go in no time. I can't thank them enough for all the help they gave me and how nice they were. So this was miserable. The kid behind the register was hopped up on energy drinks and had no ability to focus on my rather straight-forward questions. He had a potential client walk out with a "never-mind" before taking me next in line. I explained the scenario in a clear and concise manner right from the start but his lack of ability to focus and/or grasp on the products/service he represents made him look like a deer in headlights. I've been a customer of T-Mobile for nearly 20 years and was not looking for anything but purchasing an additional device. (No plan change, adding service or anything like that. Mostly conforming a scenario for an upcoming travel opportunity and being prepared.) My experience at this location makes me seriously question why I bother contributing money to this company. His coworkers saw he was struggling and did nothing to assist. This was a 45 minute interaction that resulted in myself being instructed to go buy a phone at Target. All my questions that were asked within the first 5 minutes could have been answered quickly by a knowledgable employee in 5 minutes or less and instead it took 45 minutes and I was sent on my way. I am positive there was a way for this to have been an actual T-Mobile transaction but nobody in the store that was involved with wanted to use their problem-solving skills and sent me out the door. This was pathetic. I would blame it on the holiday rush, but it was very mediocre when I was there with only a few other customers in the store. With this type of customer service I expect fewer and fewer customers will bother to show up. I tried using T-Mobile's website to see what I needed to do to upgrade my iPhone 6 Plus to the iPhone 8 Plus through my T-mobile JUMP plan. The web-site was frustrating to navigate and I never found the answers I was seeking after three visits in three days. I had seen that a new T-Mobile storefront had come to Moorpark and I decided to go in and get some help from a real person. I was greeted with "hellos" from all the reps when I walked in the door, and Heath immediately answered my questions and walked me through the process of upgrading. Within 15 minutes I walked out of the store with a new iPhone 8 Plus being shipped directly to me (they did not have stock on hand for the model I wanted), and my payment for the 8 Plus was exactly the same as my 15 month old 6 Plus. I was at the store at 3:30 on Tuesday, and by the same time Friday, I had received the phone via UPS and had it completely set-up and running. Went in to get a new phone. They were understaffed cause I was told by the manager he has to fire someone. Cool whatever I was being patient. I waited an hour to finally be helped and was told accessories were on them because of the understaff and wait that I had to sit through. I said great! That was nice they accommodated me for waiting so long. Long story short they couldn't set up my new phone cause there WiFi was down... I don't understand that at a phone store? And on top of it the lady deactivated my working phone I came in with so I left with two non working phones very frustrating especially After being there over two hours and spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone. They forgot to add the case and screen protector that was suppose to be on them(for the long wait) so I called back once I set up my phone and was told they were only crediting me for one? We went there after calling national customer service # about offer for veterans. We were told we could add six lines for only $120.00 per month plus if we wanted to trade in old phones we could for only $20 per month extra. The sales staff in Moorpark verified this to be correct. After spending 2 hours trying to do this we were finally told this was incorrect...ergo were pissed and cancelled everything (we thought). This was two weeks ago. Today I received a call from the manager at the Moorpark store that due to "unknown reasons/possible system error, account was not properly cancelled" and that I would have to come to Moorpark (I live in Agoura Hills) or call customer care myself to do it. The group of guys here are great. I was in today to switch from verizon over to t-mobile. Leo and Shay were helping me and did a great job. A rude blonde lady came in and starting yelling at them over a restocking fee. I couldn't believe how mean she was to them and how she put down these poor workers. The manager came into explain the process, and Heath even offered to credit her account the money should have spent on this fee. How much common sense could one woman need to understand a company process. It was posted on her receipt, box and even showed the disclosures on their desk. If you want to go to a store to be treated like you're stupid, talked down to with smiles on their faces, and downright disrespected then this is the store for you!! I brought my good friend here a few weeks ago to switch his phone service over from Verizon to T-Mobile. I've been a T-Mobile customer for a year now, and coming to this store made me want to cancel my entire plan right then and there. We came with questions and interest in one of the current promotions, and immediately were met with smart-ass "we're better than you" attitudes. Zack and another employee who refused to give me his name (he has dark brown hair) talked to my friend and I like we were stupid for asking specific questions we had about the promotion due to some of its vagueness that we had seen online. They had smirks on their faces the entire time, especially after my friend said that he wouldn't tolerate being disrespected and talked to the way they had been. When we asked for names, Zack told us his name but the other employee wouldn't tell us after I said I was going to contact corporate about the worst customer service I had ever received. Zack also mentioned that the manager was currently out (no wonder they were behaving so shitty) and continued on with his "we're better than you" demeaning tone. We ended up walking out and my friend said he no longer wanted to switch to T-Mobile because of how horrible the customer service is. Great job representing T-Mobile, you guys. Way to lose a customer and lose another opportunity to gain a customer. Very disappointed. I purchased a new iPhone and case and screen protector and was very pleased with the service I was given the manager went above and beyond to help me choose the right phone and plan as well as the accessories. He told me that t mobile warranties the screen protector and that if it breaks just come in and they will replace it. Well it cracked and I went in to have it replaced and the lady there informs me that the manager is no longer with them and that there's no record of me buying it, which I find absurd as I can show my bank statement of me purchasing the items. She said she wasn't able to warranty the screen protector because there's no record because they didn't enter it correctly. But why do I, the customer have to suffer because of an error made on their end. I am extremely disappointed with the lies and false advertising.
