    I wanted to run ethernet through a brand new house and needed both an explanation of how to do it…read moreproperly as well as a bid in case it exceeded my skills. CSC was Phenomenal on both fronts. Toby has a wealth of experience, knowledge and patience as he explained how ethernet should be installed in a residence. For a nominal cost he ended up helping us with running the cables while the walls were still open, and we will likely be bringing CSC out to head the cables and set up the final hardware once we've moved in. I really appreciated his willingness to provide a service to the community as no one else returned my calls, and they went above and beyond my expectations. They are a very professional outfit will all the tools, skills and knowledge to take on jobs on any size. Them being a pleasure to work with was just a bonus.

As a project manager for a local electrical contractor, I have sub-contracted with CSC for many years to install network cabling, CCTV, and access control systems for commercial construction and remodel projects. They are easy to work with and have provided expert advice and quality installations on all kinds of projects, including hospitals, medical office buildings, amusement parks, schools, and industrial facilities. They have on staff one of the most knowledgeable experts in telephone systems in the region. I would not hesitate to recommend them to service and install your high-end telecommunications, security or access control project.

    On Monday, June 17th went to this Verizon store near Costco in Sand City. The sells rep wrote down…read moreeverything we needed & said to come back the following day to change to a new cellular plan for our 5 phone lines because it was the first day of the new billing cycle. Went back June 18th and Jose told me they could not help me to change to a new service plan at the store and I had to call the 888 number to switch to new unlimited plan. When I decided I would take his picture to let the manager know he refused to assist me, Kamata told me I could not take pictures of them or make a video of their refusal and he called the police to try to remove me from trying to get the store staff's assistance. I had cell service with Verizon for 20 years and this is how this store's staff treats decades old customers. I will never use Verizon again because of this poor customer service. I do not recommend anyone to ever do business at this store. There are plenty of other Verizon stores where you will be treated much better than at this location. Don't support their poor treatment.

Jonathan then explained to me about the internet bundle promotion that seemed too good to be true but it wasn't! I signed up for a mobile internet box and am looking so forward to dumping Xfinity. Kate was so helpful with my cell phone accessories and found me everything I needed. Overall, I didn't have to wait even a minute to be helped. I was greeted the moment I walked in and was able to get all of my problems solved in less than an hour.     The men behind the desks working there were very abrupt with me. I had to have my new phone i…read morebought there two days ago adjusted. I'd found my old phone, and needed data transferred to my newly purchased phone. Plus there were some mistakes in the messages application . I was asking questions when the other salesman butted in and said that " I wasn't listening ". He was not involved previously in our conversation at all. He continued, to harass me to the point where I had to ask.him to " leave me alone". The one I was with knew his stuff. But he said " We're not paid for this." I didn't like what he was saying. I assumed he was there to help.customers! I'd been going to Metro PC twenty years and had gone in with a problem now and then. T young man i was work8ng with did know how to transfer my data, which he did. He explained how to do a few things. But he reminded me that thos wasnt really their job. I assume he met adding stuff from my old phone, and taking away some nasty messages unwanted adds and such. He did accomplish what I needed. But at the end said, " We should not be doing this, call a text support line" . I was shocked, as I had always received help with my phone if needed here. Metro P.C is where I've bought my cell phones for 20 plus years.i said it should be part of the service, he shook his head " no" .I left feeling pretty lousy. The manager who sold me the phone two days before, was not available. I'd had an appt. with him at ten, but rescheduled it to later that day, they said i could come in anytime. He was really good as far as knowledge. But he did get upset with me when I couldn't understand a Metro PC phone operator because of her accent. The custoner ser ice line is populated by marginally cimpetent, if courteous people. The plan I have is expensive and as soon as I can I am transferring service to another carrier. I would recommend any other cellular service provider and store.​
