We just moved here from Los Angeles after losing our home in the Altadena fires and didn't have any local resources. I had an amazing low voltage company in LA that I trusted for years, so I was hoping that we could find someone here that we could trust in the same capacity. After meeting with him and then working with him on the WIFI job, we are so happy and grateful for finding him! He is so professional, kind, communicative, knowledgable, and reliable. He is very thorough and detail oriented and his prices are very fair as well. We are now hiring him to do a full camera install on the property, and will be hiring him for any future low voltage needs. I can't say enough positive words about his work ethic, and after going through so much stress this year with losing everything, working with him has been such an easy and calm experience.

Went back June 18th and Jose told me they could not help me to change to a new service plan at the store and I had to call the 888 number to switch to new unlimited plan. When I decided I would take his picture to let the manager know he refused to assist me, Kamata told me I could not take pictures of them or make a video of their refusal and he called the police to try to remove me from trying to get the store staff's assistance. When there is a planned outage, we are informed in a timely manner. If there have been issues with service, we will get an e-mail explaining what the problem was. No technology is perfect. But having had a negative experience with another wireless provider, our household could not be happier with the service we get from SoMoCo. And we are heavy bandwidth users, with two wireless televisions, several devices and a gaming platform attached to our SoMoCo service. We have had salespeople come by to offer the most recent service that's been installed in our area. It's a huge company, you can't get a human being terribly easily should you have issues, and the cost, after a cheap introductory offer, for our household, we are doing better with what we've got. Bad weather happens. Technology is stretched or fails. But with a local owner, SoMoCo does give a damn about customer service. That's the difference for us.
