He's knowledgeable, patient, and extremely consultative. He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up. And with Gavin Newsom apparently committed to keeping the home-security industry in business, I'm glad we have the cameras. Jokes aside, Abisal is the epitome of customer centricity. He takes ownership, does things the right way, and genuinely cares about the end result. Central Coast Tech has been incredible for our family. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Thank you, Abisai, for your outstanding service. Went back June 18th and Jose told me they could not help me to change to a new service plan at the store and I had to call the 888 number to switch to new unlimited plan. When I decided I would take his picture to let the manager know he refused to assist me, Kamata told me I could not take pictures of them or make a video of their refusal and he called the police to try to remove me from trying to get the store staff's assistance. Here is a link: https://share.icloud.com/photos/0c4UHt-u_rl8wMq5rEnjmfVRQ to see the video of Kamata turning his back on me and going to the back part of the store with Jose as they refused to help pr even stay at the front of the store. I had cell service with Verizon for 20 years and this is how this store's staff treats decades old customers. I will never use Verizon again because of this poor customer service. I do not recommend anyone to ever do business at this store. There are plenty of other Verizon stores where you will be treated much better than at this location. Don't support their poor treatment.
