First, I got there at 10 am which is when they say they open. door locked no one there. after a few minutes someone starts to unlock window covers but leaves the door locked. another employee pulls up and goes in but they tell me it'll be a few minutes before I can come in. Finally I get let in and the employees disappear. finally one comes out and I tell her what i need (just a phone cover). Waited over an hour and 15 minutes in my car after checking in and told I would receive a text to be seen. I finally went inside knowing they close in 15 more minutes to see if I should just leave. Employees had forgotten I was waiting and were too stressed to be of much help. I was there to buy a new phone and upgrade my plan but needed the convoluted contract explained. They couldn't book me an appointment time because Tmobile wasn't doing them due to staffing shortages. I asked if I came right at opening if I could be seen and was essentially told probably. I do my best to wait patiently since we're all human, and it's not the employees' fault the corporation doesn't support them. I purchased a phone from here. Paid cash. At time of purchase the sales rep mentioned that if I purchased a screen protector from there that I could come in at any time to get the screen replaced, free of charge. He made it seem so easy and convenient. Fast forward to a few months later, I come in to get the screen changed and they tell me I cannot chance the screen without having a protection plan from them. This was never mentioned at time of purchase, I would have never purchased the screen protector from them if this had been said. I now regret making any purchase from them at all. Based on the misinformation I received I have wasted time (took about a half hour in between me waiting to be called on, them looking up my account and them explaining the mistake). Although the employee that initially helped me was nice and personable he should have been better trained to give proper information to the consumer. I was at this location for an hour and the staff couldn't help me. As background information, I lost phone service and all data capabilities around 1:30pm. I could not make phone calls and I rely on the phone for work. However, that's not why this review is what it is. I get it. Sometimes things get technical and it's beyond one's capabilities. However, the staff here seemed apathetic, especially when staff show zero sense of urgency. Specifically, one was on his phone making a call when my my service "expert" could not figure out the troubleshooting and needed help. There were four employees on a Tuesday (5/10/22) and it was 3pm. No other customers and the staff could care less if you received good service. But that's not the worse part. After not being able to resolve the issue, one of the service "experts" who seemed to have to largest knowledge base told me I needed to go to the Apple store at the Galleria, which is over 20-25 mins away in traffic because I bought my phone from Apple, not T-Mobile. This was after he tested my phone and even verbally expressed the problem was not the hardware. After expressing my discontent, he told me I could also go to the Geek Squad at Best Buy making it appear they could help to find immediate resolution. Wrong! You need an appointment. Only after my discontent was more vehemently expressed, did one of the staff tell me I could go to the McKinney location to see a technician on-site to run diagnostics. Why wasn't I told this originally? Why would T-Mobile try sending their customers to the Apple store knowing how far it was and it would waste my time? It's because TMobile needs a verification that it's not the hardware, but more importantly, it was because they just seemed like they didn't want to help the customer. As such, sending the customer to the Apple store was the easiest until the customer pushed back and magically there was a technician at another store less than 10 mins away. The staff and management at this store need to re-evaluate their work ethic. read more

Store is a corporate store so they definitely have what you need or can get it for you. Would definitely recommend to get on the waiting list so your not waiting forever. read more

One of the nicest T-Mobile retail stores I've been to. It's spacious, looks modern and "stylish" inside, and is very clean and well kept. The staff is helpful and the large space allows for many accessories and phones to be on display. Parking is plentiful and there are a number of other retailers and restaurants nearby if you need to get some other things done. Contrast this review to another T-Mobile location I wrote about yesterday; while both of these locations will probably get you what you need, this one will get you there in style. read more

I've been here plenty of times in the past, but I have to tell you I've never been treated so well as I have these past 3 days. Ivan is AMAZING!!! You have got to go in there and see him. He's so friendly and takes time to make sure your needs are met. He never makes you feel passed on when others walk in. He's very attentive and great at multitasking. Pete sold us our original transfer from AT&T. He was very knowledgeable and helpful a few days later when we found the signal strength was still week, he recommended a signal booster for the house. It was free with a $25 refundable deposit. Last week he spent over an hour working on a problem after Apple Support inadvertently turned my phone into a brick. His recommendation was correct, but it took Apple 5 days to unravel the glitch in their system and get AT&T the instructions to correct the issue. I highly recommend him, especially if things don't go smoothly. read more

Usually I don't write reviews unless I'm very impressed with a service/product, or I'm very disappointed. I often come here for various connection problem, although they did not always give a solution they are usually helpful. This time a guy named Jimmy (based on his name tag) was very rude. He is the most rude customer rep. I have ever met. Eventhough I sometime dissatisfied with their service, the customer rep. are always nice, so I didn't mind going back when I really had to. I'm very shocked with his rudeness and surprised that they make him as the supervisor or store manager or whatever his title is because he acted like he has the authority there. Btw, the reason I wrote "(based on his name tag)", is because a few days earlier I came and served by a customer rep., before I left I said thank you for his service then mentioned his name, but then he said it wasn't his name, he was just using other rep.'s name tag. We waited almost for two hours before we were asked if we needed help. The staff didn't care as people came in waited and left without being helped. It seems like the staff didn't care that they were under staffed. Felt like waiting in the government buildings begging for help. Very bad service . Don't trust these guys, they will tell you anything to sell you a phone including the fact that they will give you $xx if you need to trade your phone within 90 days. I've been back with several problems with this phone (ZTE MAX PRO), each time, they've convinced me to keep it. It's now almost 2 months since I bought it. I'm having problems sending emails and this phone has dropped about 20 calls in the past 3 days. It's acting possessed. I need a reliable phone. Tried to go back again today, the store won't honor what they originally told me, they did not note anything on my account about a credit. They also claim since the phone was shipped to me from Customer Service "technically" I did not buy it from them, even though I bought and paid for it right there in their store. Nor will they deal with customer service on my behalf. They just told me I have to do that on my own..... To add insult to injury in the very next breath, Chris, the sales guy told me hell be happy to sell me another phone. Hey, Mr. Manager - Jimmy - had you been thinking ahead - you would have given me the $90 credit as promised by your sales people and been smart enough to sell me a $576 Samsung phone. I'm very upset with T-Mobile they have made 3 mistakes with my family.... 1ST mistake was we switched couple months ago to T-mobile from Sprint. THEY ADVERTISE THEY WILL PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE OF SWITCHING CARRIERS...... O WAIT ANOTHER LIE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT...... AND AGAIN THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING.... 2ND MISTAKE. My wife, mother, and I went in last week to switch to a Family plan ($183). 1st off they switched the plan and said its done all you owe is $90, we paid it and we don't need to do anything else till next month... BULL... 2nd no bill or confirmation was sent to us.... 3rd this morning our phones GOT SHUT OFF!!! WHY? 3RD MISTAKE.. Well 4th wife and mother went in this morning and they told them that we still owed $20 each to finish the $183... WHAT THE HELL??!!! why didn't they say something at the time of signing the new Family Contract????!!!!!!!! 5th this is the best part, They also said that bill isn't due till the 19th of this month.. hmmm well today is the 13th... WHY THE HELL DID THEY TURN OFF THE PHONE?!!!! They turned our phones back on but I am very pissed and they didn't do a thing for us!! they talked to my wife and mother but they haven't heard from me yet!!
