Explain I don't want insurance (we use AppleCare), cheapest line possible (to get the deal on the phone) and to move the phone and the number to her current line. Everything looks good. Fast forward 2 months and our bill is astronomical. Turns out he didn't just sign us up for the most expensive line, he also took the liberty to sign us up for every extra possible at maximum charge. $120 a month for a line that we were told would cost us like $10 and wasn't even used. I fortunately did not experience any negative customer service--in fact, I experienced just the opposite. The guy who helped me (tall, thin, GQ-esqe slicked back hair) was friendly and helpful. It did take a while for it to be completed, but let's think about the logistics here: this location is on Preston Rd. right outside of Stonebriar Mall. That in and of itself probably makes it a busy location and then add the Groupon deals they seem to always have out, there is going go be a lot of generated business and you most likely will have to wait a while. I came here shortly after 2:30 on a Saturday, there were two other people before me in line, and I believe I was the last repair that they were able to graciously squeeze in before the closing time of 5:00 that day. That's OK--I kept myself occupied (there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby) and came back for my freshly repaired phone.
