I repeatedly call them for the benefits of my plan- but they repeatedly delay my requests, saying it will be done later, which never arrives. Help - I have had issues with my set up since day 1 - nothing set up correctly and when a new tech comes out they say the previous tech was wrong. This last time the tech out his hand through my TV (before thanksgiving) accidentally in set up and I still can't get anyone to help resolve my issues!! read more

The worst store in this area. The manager doesn't know what he is doing. I faced a problem with this store when we order the phone. in 40 days the Brand new Samsung S10 ($1000.00) phone stoped working.(No scratch or nothing broken) It displays half screen in green color. The staff member verified and agreed to replace it. The store manager showed up and said it is only half the screen is green. The other half screen is working. so no replace. (???) What kind of individual being a manager store. I will never go there again. Now working with Samsung to replace it. read more

Scott Huynh and Dang the manager are amazing! They set me up with temporary lines and got me the discount rates. One week later which is today Sept 21, I went to return the temporary phones "Micheal" wouldn't help me us at all. He said restock fee to return a phone in box was $50 for $30 phone. He wouldn't help us cancel the temporary lines either. He dialed 611 and told us to talk to customer care. Luckily customer care explained to us about the waiver for the restock fee and the buyers remorse to return the phone. Once we went back inside the Retail Store Manager without hesitation allowed us to return the phone with no restock fees as we had everything still in tack. We got the contact of the District Manager Christopher Burbank. We would like to commend Dang and Scott for their amazing efforts of truly keeping T-Mobile a customer service orientated place. However, Micheal was very standoff like and wasn't helpful to us at all. It was extremely rude telling us to customer care outselves and that we can't be help at all. After speaking with customer care they were shocked how we were treated and noted the actions that happened to us. They also recommended us to talk to the District Manager on both parts the good and the bad. In the end thank you T-Mobile you have kept another loyal customer today! read more

Answered all of my questions and addressed each one of my concerns. She Gave us great service from start to finish! I was very impressed! Your store is lucky to have her! The staff at this location is very lazy. I was helped at the beginning of my process with Ashley who was AMAZING, but however when I ran into issues regarding my plan, the rest of the team refused to explain things to the full extent. I had to call other locations just to get help with my issues. If Ashley is not the employee on the floor, when you visit this location, walk out. read more

My brother and I went to this location to change our providers to t-mobile, we had such an hideous experience, the girl that took care of us obviously did not want to be working there that day because every time we asked her about our options she responded with an undesirable attitude to help us, when we finally changed our phone she said that since we were buying new phones we could chose new cases as well, so my brother chose a galaxy, then she told him that he was not going to receive a case since they did not have any in that location, so it was not our fault they did not have anything, so I kindly asked for an extra equipment that could be the equivalent for a case price, she said she could not do that and that there was nothing she could do. One week later, my brother's phone stops working, he went back to change the phone; however, they requested a $100.00 fee to change the phone for exactly the same one, my brother needed to have a working phone asap, so he paid the ridiculous amount (ridiculous because he did not suppose to pay anything). They also needed to give us credit for switching to them, we've been calling 4 times so far and nobody can help us. If that would have been the case, We would have never changed. They clearly need to train their employees better so they can solve problems. read more

Terrible service. Seems like they didn't wanna make an $800 sale today. They have 3 ppl on the clock, on a slow day, and provided horrible service. One CSR in particular didn't seem to know what she's talking about. It's okay if you don't know specifics, but get help, but this CSR didn't. Just plain terrible. read more
