My mother and father went to get service at this location and was over charged and paying for devices that they did not want or receive!!! When we questioned t-mobile associates they were told they didn't understand or couldn't see but their bill kept going higher and higher. My parents paid their phones off and still the bill was rising which is ridiculous. Come to find out that father was paying for a tablet that was never wanted or given to him but was in use by someone. How can some one get my parents information to receive a tablet in their name and my parents pay for someone else's bill! This is not ACCEPTABLE in an anyway and when confronted they were just told there account would be credited. Make that make sense!! My mother was waiting for a feedback survey which was never offered or emailed! this place is a waste of time, i went in looking for info to upgrade my phone and when i started asking questions the guy behind the counter told me he knows absolutely nothing about the new phones and to "watch the tv commercial" to find out...... he honestly seemed more interested in his phone than helping me. I went there tonight with a phone that's two months old that's dropping calls, lousy reception. The guy behind the counter looked at it for a few minutes and told me that if I scratched his back he would scratch mine. Meaning he would get me a new phone if I upgraded my service. I explained that I just wanted a phone that worked. That's when he told me there was nothing he could do for me. This ass hole tried to blackmail me. They clearly hate their jobs. Worst customer service at this location. The male who sold me the phone didn't tell me the details on how much it'll be monthly, what the payment plan is, etc. It's unfortunate that I will have to go to the mall or somewhere else for T-Mobile just for a friendly and helpful worker when I live in Lowell around the corner. read more

This is speaking about T Mobile more as a whole company. I have a contract with T Mobile (else I wouldn't be writing this). When I created the contract in U.S.A they didn't enable Autopay which would later turn out to be extremely inconvenient. If you do not pay they suspend your phone so you cannot make calls or texts, which sounds fair enough but when you want to pay and get use of your phone back the website (TMobile website) for processing the online payments takes absolutely ages to process the payment and eventually times out and you start over. Obviously you cannot call T Mobile because your phone has no signal so when you try and wifi call them (online payment and VOIP are the only ways to pay) the phone line is very volatile and fragile, meaning the staff often mishear you, they do apologise for this but sometimes it isn't their fault. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else. It's okay as a phone company but there are probably better telecoms companies out there in N. America. They were the cheapest for me. read more

Luis was extremely helpful in getting us an unlimited 2 lines for $100 deal and setting up our phones. My husband had some trouble with his unlocked international phone and Luis was very patient in calling tech support and helping us get the phone's data working even though there were quite a few people in line behind us. Definitely recommend this store. read more

It was MY first time going to this location, and I know my mom has a history with that place and the one at the mall because they messed up a couple of things and she got tired of it. But, we were at least greeted when we came in. I think the guy who helped us knew her from before because he didn't seem too enthusiastic. There were two other guys there as well. It was overall an awkward ass visit, and I understand it might be cus of my mom but still, keep it in the past like I didn't do anything to you guys. Smile, talk. The customer service was poor. Hire too many new people with not enough training. I went to upgrade my phone and they let a new guy help me. He was cool but first he was kind of slamming my phone around. Then when he put on the case an screen protector he didn't do it properly as instructed in the manual. And then he starts throwing my phone around to show me that it won't get damaged. Like dude ok I get it but if I'm a waiter and I tell you it's spicy I'm not going to eat your food off your plate and say "see? It's spicy" and also he was going to take my old sim and put it in my new phone but I asked him are they the same size. And he said yes, so I said I'll do it myself it's ok because I didn't want him holding my phone anymore. Turns out the sim wasn't the same so I needed a new one. But I found that put when I got home so it was too late to go back because it was closed. Also he kept telling me to repeat myself and the dude had headphones on. Like dude come on. Also when I said am I all set he said ya you are. And I had to ask him for my bag with all my stuff in it. And the whole time he was on his own phone and helping some other girl while doing my stuff.so I was there longer than I wanted to be. All in all, dude was cool. Just sucked at his job. Giovanie was a great help. I walked in the store and nobody greeted me for about one minute. He came from the back and immediately greeted me and asked what did I need that day. He helped me shop for a new plan and a new phone and helped me changed carriers from att to t-mobile. This process was easy and simple as long as you have the account number handy. read more

Terrible customer service. I got the store a couple of minutes past seven after driving from the other part of Lowell. I know they have their rules about time but at least give me the courtesy of talking to me rather than giving me hand signals from a distance like i have some type of communicable disease. read more

The worse service EVER!! They were a bunch of kids that had no clue about anything!! NEVER visit this location... I had no idea what their names were but it was a young Asian girl.. Very ditzy.. A Spanish guy... That was wicked annoying Turing up the music extra loud to the point where I couldn't hear what the other other sales guy was saying... It was pretty dirty as well.. There were crumbs all over the seat where people can wait... It was the most ghetto phone place ever!! If I were t-Mobil I'd close that store or at least hire competent people!! Went into the store and there were three guys, two sitting on the chair and one behind the counter. None of them greeted me or anything, they looked at each and laughed. The man behind the counter with glasses, Darien I think, added two new lines and told me my bill would stay the same. He messed up my account. Not only that he kept yelling and moaning loudly while the to other guys laughed. The music was inappropriate. They were completely rude and I'm pretty sure the tall man with braids was making fun of me the entire time. Hopefully they hire professional people and get rid of the pervy guys. I had a better experience with a young lady and asian guy there a week later and she apologized about their behavior and fixed my account. For the most part it's okay. But some of the sales reps, doesn't really know how to explain things clearly to the customers, and don't really take time to help out customers. Especially the sales reps lady with red hair she's was very rude to us and don't explain thing to us clearly. read more
