I brought it to Xfinity where I purchased the phone who is also my provider where I was told to go to Best Buy. Drove over to Best Buy to be told to come back the next day as I did not have an appointment. So I went to North Shore Shopping Center to MobiTech. The gentlemen told me he should be able to fix it and quoted me a very reasonable price and said that it would take 20 minutes or so and that if he could not resolve my issue he would not charge me.
