When we questioned t-mobile associates they were told they didn't understand or couldn't see but their bill kept going higher and higher. My parents paid their phones off and still the bill was rising which is ridiculous. Come to find out that father was paying for a tablet that was never wanted or given to him but was in use by someone. How can some one get my parents information to receive a tablet in their name and my parents pay for someone else's bill! This is not ACCEPTABLE in an anyway and when confronted they were just told there account would be credited. Make that make sense!! My mother was waiting for a feedback survey which was never offered or emailed! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU LOOK FOR ANOTHER CARRIER FOR YOUR PHONE BECAUSE T-MOBILE IS NOT IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY OUT OF YOUR ASS FOR A BILL THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
