While I was waiting another person came in and was told they would have to wait or come back in an hour. She left. I happened to overhear that they were out of nano sim cards. So I left too. Every new phone needs a nano sim card, how could they be out? Found out that this is not a company run store but a franchise store and they just don't keep stock like a "real" AT&T company store does. I'll have to wait another day and go to their company store to get what I need. Not a good experience.

I've ordered bins from Junk King maybe half a dozen times over the past 5+ years. We get one almost…read moreevery year. I like the convenience of being able to order my bin online because it's a big time saver. Most of the time we've just disposed of standard waste (old wood, general recyclables, drywall, metal fencing, small pieces of junky furniture, etc.). A few times we have included yard waste and a small amount of e-waste. I've never had an issue with anything being rejected. I believe the fine print says that if you have any non-standard items they'll bill a surcharge to manage it. Sometimes I'm surprised at the high price I end up being billed, but it's a risk I take considering they don't inventory everything ahead of time. Not sure that is entirely possible anyway. 90% of the time the bins arrive in really great condition and they place them exactly where we've asked. We had an issue just one time with a door that wouldn't latch easily, but the driver figured it out. The bins have arrived on-site and been picked up as scheduled. They also say they sort everything rather than just landfilling it, which is important to me. I'll keep using Junk King.

However, after the job was completed, I was given a bill that included an additional "digging fee" I had never been informed of. When I raised the issue, the owner claimed "they tell everyone"and it took an hour to dig even though I was there the whole time and it took maybe 10-15 minutes --despite the fact that no prior mention of this fee was made. In my experience with other companies I have never been quoted a separate digging fee. I believe the omission of the fee in the quote was intentional, and I find the post-hoc justifications unacceptable. These people are duplicitous, untrustworthy and their bait and switch way of doing business is deceitful. Needless to say, based on this experience, I would not use them again.
