DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. if I could rate them lower I would. They did mold removal in my attic…read morebefore I bought the house. 1 week living there the ceiling collapsed in my sons closet. Water leaked through the floor all the way down to my main floor. I went up to the attic to inspect where the water was coming from. Turns out one of the pcp pipes came apart from my central air system In the attic. There was no issue with the piping during inspection just a few days before. I even went up and inspected the attic myself. And no way it just came apart on its own being professionally installed. My guess is that somebody stepped on it or kicked it on accident and didn't notice it was apart. Either way, the company left damage within the home which will cost us to repair. Alongside the fact that my son has asthma and a mold allergy. That being said another mold remediation company will need to come out to ensure the leak hasn't caused any mold growth. Ive been calling the company for two weeks every day been giving me the run around saying the owner greg isn't in the office today and to call back on a different day. They took down my number and email multiple times and stated that he would reach out. Now that they've run out of excuses, the office manager states to "respectfully stop calling the office. This is between you and Greg. Greg sent you an email". With no email in sight and ZERO communication from the company owner, it's become very evident we're being blown off. They claim in their website to be fully insured but apparently don't care enough to use it to fix their wrong. With all of that being said, do hire them if you want to hire another remediation company along with having holes in your ceilings repaired.

My experience last June 2020 was initially frustrating as a new driver attempted to turn around in our driveway which is steep and put a small gouge in it. Within hours a "technician" named Mark showed up to assess the damage and recommend a resolution. He was very apologetic and eager to get it fixed as soon as possible. Within the week after painstaking hours of work the gouge was fixed and two sizable cracks to boot. I tried to give him and his helper a tip and he said no thank you. What I didn't realize until later is that Mark is the owner of MD Trash. I was very humbled that he did that. Especially after seeing him work for hours down on his hands and knees repairing cracks in my driveway that weren't even his responsibility. I tried to pay for both cracks but he only allowed me to pay him for one of them. He never even told me he was the owner, he was only intent on fixing the issue and making a customer happy. We wanted to have a patio built and had a very clear idea of what we wanted. I was able to provide the layout to Scott and he got his team to work. They finished the patio pretty quick. They installed a french drain, some shrubbery around our properly and did the patio in less than a week (2 days of which were raining and they could not do work). They were incredibly detailed and precise. Scott was straightforward with the pricing and what work was going to be done. We have them working on our lawn as well.
