I can't say enough great things about Alex and his team at A Plus Auto Body. My car was hit just…read moreover a month ago, and from the moment we brought it into Alex's shop, I felt like we were in the best possible hands. The biggest challenge throughout this process wasn't even the repair--it was dealing with the insurance company's incredibly slow turnaround. That part was frustrating, but Alex was a total pro the entire time. He was helpful, informative, and, most importantly, kept in constant communication with me. He even stepped up and acted as a go-between with insurance, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Now let's talk about the car--it came out flawlessly. Escalades aren't exactly easy to repair, and the color-matching on them can be a nightmare, but Alex nailed it. Not only does it look brand new, but it actually drives better than it did before the accident. Alex's expertise, flexibility, and patience truly set him apart. If you're looking for an auto body shop that delivers top-quality work and top-tier customer service, go to A Plus Auto Body and ask for Alex. I'm beyond grateful and will absolutely be bringing any future work to him--and telling everyone I know to do the same! Thank you again, Alex!
