Our high end contractor in Chestnut Hill hired a gutter installer that did a terrible job after talking with Jorge and never secured our expensive copper gutters to our home. Jorge took photos, explained the problems, replaced a section of our damaged gutter, and secured the ENTIRE house gutters for a fraction of the cost. He also ended up cleaning out the gutters and installed a gutter screen as well. I never take the time to write reviews given how busy I am, but when someone does a stupendous job, I have to take the time to do so. I will have them back for cleaning of the gutters would could not cover for logistical reasons. I enthusiastically endorse Lima Gutters!

The building has no fascia and he came up with a way to instal gutters that is working brilliantly. So far no ice. Northeast's office has excellent communication and we were kept informed all the way. Once work commenced on the roof they finished the roof in one day, even working after dark with lights. The next day they installed to gutters over the front and rear entrances and did a clean up. On the third day their supervisor appeared double checking and clearing any detritus that had been missed the second day. My wife and I couldn't be happier!

The companies I called were pretty close on their pricing. We chose Mass Gutters (Mark Richardson) because we liked dealing with a small business instead of a multi-layer corporation. Mark's employees were professional, courteous and enjoyable to have around our home. As with all construction jobs, there were unforeseen conditions that increased the initial cost of the project. The added cost was reasonable. The job was done on time. Shortly after the job completion there was a rainstorm and we had leaks coming from a skylight. Mark came down immediately and covered the skylight with a tarp to prevent any further damage. He felt that the damage was the fault of his employees and installed another skylight free of charge. We would definitely hire them again.
