I got estimates from two other companies for roof cleaning before selecting East Coast. They were…read morethe least expensive of the three quotes that I received. David arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning our roof and gutters. I especially liked their upfront price transparency shown on their website. Also the scheduling feature on their website is very convenient. I received an email confirmation after booking the work and a follow up reminder email the day before the work was to be done. Altogether it was a very easy process with an excellent result.

Rave for Dynamic Cleaning Systems! We've had them to clean three separate times: w2w carpet, 5 area…read morerugs, and 2 tiled rooms. The former owners put white carpet in the main bedroom, right by a French door to the pool, hot tub room, and with several cats lol needless to say, it wasn't all white anymore. Justin and his brother removed almost all the stains and made it sparkling. The area rugs had been stored for over a year after a move, and they brought them back to life. And the tile, that was the biggest transformation! The grout looks fresh and new, and all stains in the kitchen and hot tub room are gone. Justin and his brother are always on time, friendly, and protect your walls and furnishings. They're responsive and communicative, and very competitively priced to boot! Highly recommend for any floor cleaning needs you may have!!

Mr. Graham, you've earned this review by your conduct, so enjoy it, it's your reputation not mine…read more Pass on William Graham of Absolute Painting in Haverhill MA, for your next paint job. First, he said he was insured, that was a lie. Then he sent me a release of the homeowner liability form to sign. This was a small exterior touch up job on the fascia, some windows and some base paint for $520.00 dollars. Bill dropped off one painter at 9 am and returned at 5 pm then waited for the painter to finish. He didn't explain the details of the job to his painter, I had too. No drop clothes were used around the perimeter. By 6 pm, he said he was done but the paint chips were scattered around the perimeter of the property while he waited in his truck for his guy to finish. I had to clean it up. The next day, I saw several missed spots. I texted him twice about it, no reply. He got his MONEY, so he doesn't need to reply to me anymore. The signed contract included the details of the work but that doesn't matter to him, he doesn't care if the work was done right or not. He complained to me that his elderly painter is too slow, milks the job and pays him $20 per hour. So $180 for the painter @ 9 hours and $340 for him doing nothing. His Bio in the about section is BS, read it. Maybe if the job was 5k or higher, he would care more?? The reviews looked decent but add me to the negative one. I sent him this review beforehand to see if he would follow up and finish the job. I got nothing from him which proves he doesn't care. Stay clear if you can or don't pay in full unless your job is completed as agreed in writing. Good luck!

As soon as he realized his guys were going to slow (day 3) he tried to renegotiate with me. He took my payment and walked off the job without telling me. My house has been left in shambles. In my opinion he is a liar and a cheat. He stole from me and even worse left me home in horrible condition. Walls are half painted, wall paper is half removed, they accidentally removed the wrong wall paper and painted the wrong walls - even after we all walked the house together, marked the rooms, and I created a contract that detailed everything. I have to pay another painter to come and fix what he left. This is a nightmare. I suggest you stay away from him.

If there ever was an issue (like something was missed), they were sure to have it corrected right away. I appreciate having a company that doesn't use toxic products but can still clean well! They've been very reliable and flexible with my scheduling needs, and have also been able to accommodate extra requests as needed here and there. The only downside has been that sometimes the turnover is frequent and some people did not do as good of a job as others (but again, they were sure to correct it). Even so, I still give them 5 stars because everything is handled fairly.
