I called Gutter Done to do the back of my new house that had no gutters at all. I just about had it trying to run thru the waterfall out my back door during any type of rain. I sent them a pic of the back of my house and they took care of the rest using public records of the house. They knew exactly how much length from side to side they needed. I had an estimate the same day without anybody coming out which was really convenient. I have to say about this company that the customer service was great. Any question I had it was answered within an hour by email and they were super responsive to multiple emails I had during the estimate process. Carl came over right on time and had a crew of about 7 guys. They did a total of about 55 ft of gutter that was about 50 ft high at some points in about 90 mins. With gutter covers. I was impressed. I had an upper gutter roof downspout tied right into the lower roof and down to the ground in one spot. I would highly recommend this company for any gutter services. read more

Gutter Done installed new gutters, with screens, on our house on the day after the 10" snowfall of April 5'th. The crew arrived on time, and completed the job quickly. The sales representative had visited our house a couple weeks prior to the install, and I talked several times with the office crew, so I had a good understanding of pricing and the work to be done. Both the office staff and the work crew were professionals. I especially enjoyed the lack of a "hard sell". The focus was on what they would do for the quoted price, not on how awful their competitors are. (Have you ever talked with a paving contractor?) I'll know for sure how the job works out in a few years, but, right now, I'd say things are looking good. BTW: I went for the premium screen on the gutters because we have a lot of pine trees near our house. The premium screens were offered as an option, along with the standard screens, but there was no pressure to go with the premium, they were just options. I liked that. read more

I couldn't be more impressed with every aspect of this company. I requested a quote on line on a Saturday afternoon, and received a phone call Monday. The woman I spoke to was cleary very knowledgable. I needed a piece of fascia replaced with this project, and she smartly suggested I purchase and pre-stain it. I sent her pictures and I got a quote the same day. The quote was more than reasonable, and I got a follow up call a couple days later, asking if I had any questions, and telling me they had another job nearby in a few days and could work it in that same day, but also emphasized that if I hadn't made a decision there was no pressure. This is the second set of gutters they have installed for me, and it was worth it! The first kept our barn from washing away and the ones installed on the house lave released us from walls of water when it rains around our front door. There are no seams, so no leaks. The ones they installed two years ago have no leaked or required any maintenance whatsoever. There hasn't been enough rain for me to rate the gutter, but it looks just fine and I was told to give them a call if anything wasn't right.
