I've used Tip Top roofing in multiple projects now and they always deliver. They came last winter when we had ice dams on our roof due to the thick layer of ice and limited the damage to our house and subsequently changed the roof in the summer to make it more robust. Dominic does his research about how to help you, and discusses with you what you want and what the priorities are. Jake is also extremely good at wood work and Windows! They helped us swap out an Anderson window panel that was broken and that really required some in depth knowledge of Andersen window mechanics! Hire them and you won't be sorry!!!

When we had a few remaining questions, Kevin was kind enough to come out to the house again to walk around and answer our final questions and concerns. As first time homeowners, I appreciated that he was patient in answering our questions and explaining options. I was blown away with his responsiveness and willingness to help us throughout the process - a true professional! Install day went well, Kevin came to oversee his team and returned the next day to inspect their work before collecting payment (impressed again). He even made 1 quick change himself that day that the team had missed. Overall, we were very pleased working with Kevin and his team and the process was painless, the cost was very fair, and the team worked well and cleaned up before departing. Highly recommend Kevin and his team for your gutter needs!

I had asked him to let me know when his estimator would come. After a couple of emails asking when he would give me a job estimate, his man just showed up. No problem... he showed up. A few days later, I received an estimate with an email that said that if he needed to negotiate to get the job, he would. Since I had an estimate prepared by another contractor who had done my previous gutter work (I wasn't happy with their original work, but I wanted to give them a chance to correct their work). So, I sent Jason the previous estimate and told him I realized that the quote wasn't exactly the same work, but it was a starting point to discussion. He said he wanted to come see the job himself. After a couple of emails and a couple of voicemails to him, he never came by or responded. I understood and expressed that I was aware it wouldn't be the same quite and that the original estimate wasn't clear of the materials, but let's move forward. Nothing, nada, no response. If this is how he handles an estimate- the easy part, then I guess I am glad he didn't do the job. I realize that having work done during the pandemic is not easy and in high demand, but wouldn't it have been easier and more professional to have a dialogue rather than leaving a bad reputation? Really a shame.
