I took a chance with Window Cleaner Expert out of Winchester. Everything was handled online and it was easy to schedule. Danny requested a few pictures of the area to be cleaned and he scheduled me asap. Had an estimate in minutes. The work was done Sunday morning by two great individuals (Ricky and Renee) they were great at keeping me from flipping out as I find the process anxiety provoking. They arrived early and got to work, Ricky answered all of my questions and said he would take of everything. They both did!! Very respectful individuals. I had a quote based on Google Images for cleaning my house and garage gutters and vinyl siding, and a paver patio that was almost completely under dirt. Their availability was within a day or so of inquiring. We had to reschedule a few times (once when my spigot broke, which he offered to fix, but I wasn't home to evaluate at the time, and once when their power washer needed a part) but there were no big delays in finishing up the job. And the results...!! Awesome. My gutters went from clogged and overflowing down the siding, causing mildew (thanks previous owners), to being clean and flowing freely. John even offered some advice on more effective gutter angles and downspout locations. The power washing removed all the dirt and debris from every corner of the house, and removed every bit of mildew. The siding looks brand new!! The patio that was under dirt now is now ready for summer BBQs. But doors were done sloppy, with paint running over onto door hinges, causing rust. It was especially noticeable on the bottom hinges. They were able to come give me an estimate the next day! They gave it to me on the spot at our appointment. We thought it over and originally thought we couldn't afford it. We had another painter come out who quoted us at double the price and wasn't nearly as kind as Cleib was. We messaged them back and shared that we were so much more comfortable with WC and Caleb was kind enough to help us work out a payment plan. He made it really easy for us, he recommended paint brands to choose from, we sent him the color code for the paint we picked out at Lowe's and he made it happen by the following day. The job was estimated to be 3 days, but the guys finished in 2! They covered and cleaned up everything. The painting looks absolutely amazing. I could not be more grateful for them. They truly made our dreams come true. We live in a condo inside of a converted Catholic Church, with 25 ft ceilings making this a really tough job!
