Helping my mother sell her house was nothing short of stressful but Luis and his crew made it easy. After 25 years in a single home, it had grown to our specific needs and wants and less to what people look for when buying a new home. After receiving a number of quotes and timelines, I decided to go with Luis. Luis and his team were amazing. Out of all the different groups of people you deal with when selling a home - plumbers, haulers, landscapers etc.. Luis's group was by far the most polite and professional I came across. The quotes he gave me were reasonable and always accurate, his work completion timeline always what he said, and the quality of the work was excellent. His workers are focused and work very hard day after day until completion. I was very impressed. I initially hired him to paint all walls, ceilings, doors and window trims. This job involved removing wallpaper, patching holes, filling cracks and painting with great precision. Once I saw the quality of his work; I asked him to continue with other jobs in the home. Ultimately he helped me tile a bathroom, drywall a couple ceilings, repair trim on the exterior of the house and lay new floor across 300sq ft. Every job completed at a reasonable price for the excellent quality you are getting. I really do not know how I could have prepared the home as quickly as I did without them. I would hire Luis and his crew again in a heartbeat and have already recommended him to my neighbors who are in need of some work soon. Thank you again, read more

We needed some drywall repair work done and the reviews for this company were positive so we texted them on May 12, 2025 (today is June 5, 2025). Not a reply of any type whatsoever. It is very disappointing based on prior reviews. The sad thing is our scope of work has expanded quite a bit with additional work needed including siding repairs, deck staining, and a ceiling painting request that they have now missed out on. read more

Alcon Home Improvement - Enjoying nee deck in the sun - Painters Near Me

My kitchen preservation was expertly finished by using Alcon Home Improvement. The crew changed into punctual, expert, and saved me informed at every degree. Their interest to detail and efforts to preserve expenses down had been greatly liked. A minor postpone within the delivery of positive materials become the best minor trouble. Overall, I'm quite glad with the final results and could advocate them for any home improvement jobs. read more

We had a great experience working with Alcon Home Improvement. We had moldy, water damaged ceilings in two bathrooms, with loose cracked tile flooring that needed to be completely replaced. We also needed two exterior staircases rebuilt and repainted. Luis and his crew (Alejandro, Denis) consistently started on time and wrapped up each day at a reasonable hour, always leaving their workspace tidy before they left for the day. Luis is so pleasant and easy to work with, and he and his crew were always professional and courteous. They even wrapped up our project earlier than planned, and we are really happy with the results. We are already thinking of our next project - we would happily work with Alcon Construction again. read more

I did not end up hiring Alcon for repair of our front porch stairs, potentially doing beard board for the ceiling of the porch and power wash / paint the railings of the porch. When I reahed out, he promptly responded and came out to look at the project, took measurments, asked what I was looking for and promised to have some prices for me by the next day. That was the last I heard from him. I tried texting him and tried reaching out to him via yelp and have not heard a peep. I am puzzled as his reviews by others seemed to be very good and that is why I reached out to him. Not sure what happened and if he didn't want to do the project, could have just said not for him... read more

Alcon did a stunning job on a tight deadline. Luis and his team were professional and thorough. They painted, installed ceiling fans, laid carpet, and even some structural repair on the exterior. Were flexible and accommodated a ton of additional asks from us during the project. Helped update a 1955 fishing cabin and now it looks great! Highly recommend. read more

Luis planned and built a gazebo sort of cover over my chicken coop and pen. It looks really wonderful and very sturdy. My chickens will stay dry, and the pen area looks much more professional. He and his workers were polite and respectful. They did a cleanup every evening and a final one as they finished the job. The whole thing took 3 working days, and I am beyond impressed. I took bids before choosing Alcon, and they had both the best price and a clear itemization of the costs. They did have a cost overrun, but it was not too bad, and still came in lower than the other bidders. They put in cement footings, used treated lumber where it would touch ground, and built a really great looking gazebo for me and my chickens. It looks nice enough to cover a patio if I decide to get out of chickens some day. read more

Alcon Home Improvement - Painters Near Me

About 2 months ago I noticed there was a gap (about 1 inch +) between my chimney and home. Although not a huge immediate issue, the worry was the possibility the gap would become source for water and humidity to enter the home. After speaking to some friends who are in the know and a number of different contractors, it became clear this was not only a cosmetic issue but something that needed to be addressed. I ultimately hired Luis because his suggestion was a comprehensive repair, not a "patch job". Luis suggested we remove about 7-8 shingles from each side of the most impacted area, replace with new shingles, caulk the remaining areas where the gap was only narrow + paint to make sure it blends well with the home. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and it was all done at a fair price. Will definitely be contacting Luis again in the future when I need other repairs done around my home. Thanks! read more

I recently had to sell my house and required minor fix ups and entire house painting. The quote for the work was not the lowest but was reasonable and he was able to start work within my timeline. Luis worked very hard, did really good job and finished everything on time as promised. The property Luis worked was my rental property and I live far away. I took a good faith in him & his reviews and hired him to do the work. I am so thankful that he delivered what he promised, despite me not being around the property to oversee the progress. Thanks for great work and the business Luis! read more

They have now done 2 very quick and wonderful paint jobs for us. One was regular cosmetic interior and the other was in the basement. Both jobs were done super fast and they were attentive from start to finish and made sure I was 100% happy with the final result! They were also reasonably priced. I absolutely recommend them to others in the area. read more
