Pro Painting Services did an amazing job. We had just closed on a new house, and needed the work done on a quick turnaround (less than a week). Peter came the day after I requested the quote, provided me with a detailed estimate, and was able to fit the job in two days later. He even came back the day after the estimate to bring samples and help me choose colors (which I was very indecisive about). We needed three rooms, 7 wooden doors, and all the baseboards patched and painted. If you want to waste time, go with them. They strung us along for weeks, always promising they would provide an invoice, proof of insurance, etc.--but they never did. Would've been really nice if they had simply said they were too busy to take the job, rather than keep promising they had time to fit our work in. I decided on a Monday to reach out to Simon for a quote to paint several rooms and halls/ stairs in my condo (~1150 sq feet). He came by about 30 mins later (!) to quote in person and they were able to fit me in starting that Wednesday wrapping up with about an hour of work on Friday. Within 5 days, my idea had already become reality. Simon had estimated the work would take 3-4 days, but they were really done in about 2 days (plus ~ an hour). The job, however, was far from rushed. They took the time to prep before painting and fix holes in my walls prior to doing 2 coats of paint in each room. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Echoing some other reviews, they were impressively punctual, put in long 8:30am-6:30pm days, were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure they weren't bothering me while I was working from home. SIMEON AND HIS TEAM ARE AMAZING!!!!!! I literally wish I had more things in my house for him to paint. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. To start, he was SO responsive - like, IMMEDIATELY - minutes after sending him a message via YELP. He was immediately available and flexible to meet me in my new home that I was just purchasing. I needed the entire living room, hallway, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms re-painted. He came to meet me at my new house to assess the space. After, I gave him a downpayment and we arranged to set up time for a paint/color consultant to come meet me. MEANWHILE, I was facing some last minute drama and potential closing time changes so I had to keep rearranging consultant times & painting times with Simeon and he was SOOOO ACCOMMODATING and helpful!! It was literally down to the wire, within ONE WEEK, and the color consultant he recommended came over and we chatted for well over an hour finding just the right shades and tones for each space. She even opened our eyes to colors we weren't even considering and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. The actual painting work was done in 2 DAYS and he even repatched some shotty previous work in the bathroom and around our thermostat and reinstalled all the outlets, which we were not expecting. Everything was SO PRISTINE AND PERFECT - the edging/cornering of all of the paint around the trim was PERFECT, my house was SPOTLESS - LIKE YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THAT ANYONE WAS IN THERE DOING WORK - and the painting of EVERYTHING was done SO INCREDIBLY FAST. The price wasn't the cheapest, but the quality of the bid laying out everything that have to be done, what materials would be used ( Sherwin Williams paint ) including clean up it was clearly stated . It was truly a pleasure working with Simeon and his team. Our scheduled painter fell through and I was pretty stressed about finding someone on short notice who could do the job well. Simeon was able to come on the same day to give a quote, and fit me in at the earliest time slot that he could. He estimated 4-5 days to be on the safe side...and then called me at the end of Day 2 to say that he and his team were wrapping up! They did a wonderful job -- conscientious about every detail and cleaned up after themselves. It's worth noting that I was originally going to have him do the walls and ceilings of the 1300 sq ft condo, which would have been pretty expensive. Rather than pounce on the upsell, he did the opposite: said he could do it if I wanted, but it wasn't really necessary, and it would take time and expense (both of which were a factor for us). He redid a couple ceilings because water damage made it necessary, but otherwise saved us some money where another painting company may have pushed us to do all the ceilings. There's something to be said about not just the work itself (which was excellent), but the experience of getting there. He took what is often a stressful, frustrating, even emotional time and made it a pleasant, calm, and stress-free experience. He was communicative at each step, and I felt I was able to trust Simeon with the place and I wasn't disappointed. Next time I need a paint job done, I'll be texting Simeon. read more

My review is overdue, but we had the Pro Painting Services crew out to paint three rooms in our house, and their work was excellent! The ceilings and walls came out beautifully, and their work was clean, well organized, and efficient. They finished our living room, which has a cathedral ceiling, kitchen, and front room in no time at all, worked with us on the colors, finishes and paint manufacturers we wanted, and even touched up other walls that needed some small clean ups but weren't part of the original agreement. They responded quickly to our request for a quote, came back with a very reasonable price (my wife and I were expecting to pay much more), and scheduled the work to start with almost no lag time. Before beginning the work, they moved furniture, and covered all surfaces and floors so there were no drips. They prepared all of the wall surfaces, filling in holes from nails etc... and evened out some of the surfaces as well. After completing the painting, they vacuumed and put everything back. All in three days! We are already planning to have them back for more interior painting, and some exterior trim work as well. read more
