And when I passed it back to the supervisor I could hear the anger in his voice as he spoke to her. He was loosing his patience and I could hear every word. Not a way to keep your employees happy in my opinion I was quoted 2 1/2 hours and and it went way past that. I had a doctor appointment and had to cancel it. When the ladies finished I checked the house with the supervisor and they passed me to the owner again because they couldn't leave until I talked to him. Again his attitude was unacceptable.
