Today has been a long and tiring day and I had nothing in my tank by the time I got to Staples in Londonderry to print the funeral program. Nothing was working for her or for me and the clerk felt badly. When finally finished, she said I was all set. I told her I had not paid yet to which she said "it was only XX sheets of paper. You are all set." Esther, you have no idea how that act of kindness made my hard day a little less hard. read more

Selection for Computer Products is way limited. Everything is more expensive and customer service is non-existent. The value they add is you might need them if you need something today. Went in today to buy new Monitors for my business. No one would help me. Store was empty. Counted at least 5 employees. Told them I had a question. They told me only one person could help me and he was busy and he would get to me sometime soon. Left, now I will either buy from Amazon or from Best Buy. Staples selection is terrible, expensive and Staples people don't care the least bit. I predict is going to go out of business soon. read more

Whenever I'm in need of office and computer supplies for my home, I head over to Staples in Londonderry, which is convenient for me. I usually can find what I need since this store is layed out like most of the other Staples locations I've been to with the tech support counter and copy center in the front, office supplies aisles to the right, computer/printer related stuff to the left, electronics in the middle, and office furniture in the back, with miscellaneous items in the aisles. Staples puts out some pretty good sales on copy paper, photo paper, software, flash drives, memory cards, and furniture. Some items I can get for free after the mail-in/online rebates have been applied and fulfilled (I've gotten free stuff including McAfee software and paper). Also, Staples carries a good selection of ink cartridges and I am able to get the right ink cartridges for my 10 year old HP InkJet. A while back, I really needed a new Wheel MS Optical Mouse for my laptop since my old mouse just died suddenly and I had an important project due. Staples had the Wheel Mouse I needed in stock for $14.99. On another occasion, I stopped in at the Copy Center to print out one copy of a coupon (for a local automotive center) from my flash drive (my home printer was out of commission at the time). The friendly clerk did not charge me and told me to have a nice day. Thank you! I also have a Staples Rewards Card and they always send me good coupon offers via email. read more

On my visit today at approximately 2pm I was greeted when I came in. The store was very busy - many shoppers. I needed some forms printed which the copy staff took care of promptly. She looked knee-deep in assignments but managed to take care of me ahead of it. As busy as she was she still had a smile and even thanked me for coming in. I walked around the store a bit to browse the cleaning supplies and noticed an employee walking over to assist a perplexed couple near the furniture area asking if they needed any assistance. This and previous interactions were all really great displays of customer service. Most of the staff look happy and observed helping each other - one fella looked like he would rather be somewhere else with almost lifeless expression (by the computers section) but he was an exception. I came in only needing copies and left happy with ideas of things I might need later including the bulk snack items that would probably not meet approval from my Mrs! They look great though. My name is Dan and I had been out looking to purchase a new HP wireless printer on Saturday April 6, 2019. I first went to Staples here in Londonderry and was immediately greeted by a staff person named Chris . He asked if there was anything I needed and I told him I was price shopping for a new printer . He went over a few different models of HP that he had as I was only interested in HP. He gave me suggestions that would probably best suit my needs as comparing an ink printer vs laser printer . He then showed me the HP Laser Jet Pro M148fdw. I was shown basically what its features were and how the toner would last me longer. I told him I'd be back and ask for him if I decided to purchase there. He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me is what I liked. later in. the day I went to a competitor store B Buy in Manchester . I was lookin at HP printers and the store wasn't busy . They had people there just talking among themselves . I indicated I would like some help looking at printers and was told someone would be over soon . After 15 minutes I left . Never will I buy anything in this store again . I left the store I'm not such a good mood as they didn't seem to want to help . Now today Sunday I went back to Staples early morning to ask for Chris and his manager said he would be in later in the afternoon . I felt very valued as the manager offered to help me if anything I needed and I let him know I was working with Chris on different printers . He was also very courteous . Later in the sat I went back went over the printer again had a few questions that both he and his manager answered and helped me with. So I bought the printer from this store . I must say what really brought me back to this store without going to other stores is how the man Chris and his manager addressed me and answered my questions giving me the time I needed with any other questions . Both these guys at Staples were great . I intend on shopping at this store more often for my ink, pens , stationery all based on how they and the store employees greet people . Thank you . Incredible customer service. I had to print, pick up an order, and ship via UPS. I had no idea I could do it all at Staples. In addition to being convenient, Peter and Melissa were rock stars in understanding my needs and helping me accomplish what I needed. I cannot emphasize how helpful they were. I will be back. Don't try price match with Staples. I had a $430 item price matched to MicroCenter at $230. I was told I would only be charged $230. I made the purchase. 3 hours later I get an email saying my price match was rejected, and my CC shows a $430 charge. After speaking with a supervisor, I'm told I can't get my money back. We have utilized Staples printing service twice, and have been disappointed both times. In both events, we were issued a time in which the prints would be completed, and neither order was completed within the time given. Today we stressed the importance of the job, and that we needed it complete before business day close. The prints should have been completed at 6pm. We called to check for completion of the project, and it hadn't been started yet, but the company stated that they would start it. We called again at 8:30pm to check for completion, and again, it hadn't been started. We will not be utilizing their print service again, and will revert to FedEx Office, as their product is always delivered when promised. read more

I like this Staples location. It's clean, organized, and the employees are very helpful. The sale items are well identified for easy shopping. I can buy office supplies on-line anytime but nothing takes the place of touching the item - sitting in the chair - or testing a pen. Except back-to-school time, the store is never busy. This makes shopping that much more enjoyable. However, I do wonder how much longer Staples can keep their brick-n-mortar physical stores. read more

Staples in Londonderry, NH is probably the best office supply store to shop at in the area. The people that work there know their stuff reasonably well (far better than other "big box stores", but, far more important to me is that they are friendly and work hard at doing a good job. Their prices, especially sales prices, are hard to beat by anyone and the convenience of having it right here rather than wait for shipping greatly outweighs a few pennies I might save online. Oh, they have matched prices for me several times so who would not want to support a local store rather than a nameless giant? That local store supports the community, provides job, pays real estate taxes, and contributes far more than that big online retailer who shall remain unnamed. Remember - the jobs you save may be your kids or even your own some day! Things I have purchased from this store recently include: Paper (cases of reams), Pens (Sharpies), Mice (Logitech Wireless M325), Printers (most recently an HP M651DN - a BIG printer), and the list goes on and on. Love the convenience of this store for ink, paper, and other office/school supplies. Be careful, though, when you use their mail services. Most recently, a package was returned to me because it couldn't be delivered, turns out the address typed on the label was not the info I had provided. Save your receipts, had I had mine they might have been more willing to help. I drove to the store, and then paid $10 to have something returned to my house a week later. Lesson learned. read more

I ordered a computer on a Monday they called me on a Wednesday to confirm an address then Thursday they say sorry out of stock. no restitution no nothing. very poor business. the sad thing is I bought a lot of stuff there and have sent a lot of people there as well.
