I needed to print the rest of his memorial cards (size of greeting cards) because I just couldn't print enough of them out on my own printer with the cost of ink. My husband emailed the file to me, but when I opened it it was all distorted! Dick at Sir Speedy was able to scan the card I provided as a sample, get the colors very close to original, and print both front and back for a very low price! They got them done in just a couple hours! Losing my father was hard. But, Dick and Doreen made planning the event smoother. Thank you so much!

I frequent this location quite often, and it's a busy one, usually with a max of two staff members. The staff here is beyond professional, courteous, friendly, super HELPFUL, and unbelievably patient! I had Alex today, and per usual, he dealt with my chaos wonderfully. He is such a warm, friendly guy. I actually look forward to seeing the staff here just to say hello. They always remember me, and they are just fabulous. Also, I feel horrible because I'm blanking on his name, but there is a middle eastern young man who has been at this location for years and is equally as wonderful! I really hope UPS realizes what assets these gentlemen are to their establishment and recognize them as they deserve to be. I would NOT go there if not for them, and I'm sure other customers feel the same. Keep up the amazing work guys, and thanks for all your patience, hard work, and smiles I see all your customers leave with.

Yikes, it's been years since my last review! That may give…read moreyou some idea of the time I've been doing business with this location. If I could only give them more than 5 stars, I would definitely do it! This store is all about providing excellent customer service! Whether you pay more or less for it, you can buy ink just about anywhere. However, here from the moment you open the door the owner and staff will assist you. They will do their absolute best to accommodate your needs... Be it the right cartridge for the type of printing you do to possibly needing a new printer, they will take the time to listen and advise. There is never any push to sell you what you don't need. They will not oversell . I find that with smaller businesses - those who are smart know full well that as much as its great to make the sale of a big ticket item, it's much smarter to advise ONLY what the customer actually needs. This creates trust! Repeat business! And referrals! which a vital to their existence. We need more stores who operate similar to this one..... Again, as I may have added in my last review, I won't shop anywhere else!
