    Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a frequent buyers card, that when after you have purchased ten the next cartridge is free.

    I had to drop off a couple of large 50 pound packages to be shipped to California. The packages…read morewere prepaid by the receiving party, the labels were affixed properly and I brought them in using a dolly. A woman who works there scanned the packages and I tried to be helpful by asking where she would like me to put them. They were already on a dolly so it's much easier for me to move them to where they needed to be than for them to carry them. The woman hesitantly pointed to where they needed to go behind the counter and I sensed her nervousness as she glanced over at the manager. I stated I was simply trying to help but I'd leave them in the middle of the floor if that's what they preferred. I was told it was ok to put them behind the counter. John the manager didn't say a word but stared at me as if I had committed a criminal act. I have no idea whether or not he berated the employee after I left but I wouldn't be surprised if he did. What I can say is I've dealt with him in the past and I was surprised when I saw that he still worked there. As others have stated, he's a miserable person to deal with and I feel he most certainly has anger issues, does not represent the Company well and does not have the personality traits to effectively deal with customers.

    Service Requested: Artwork digitizing…read more Quality: Shoddy work, dark on corners and often need to redo artwork. Priced very highly for job. Forced to use this company since there aren't many options for digital scanning of artwork. Why I am writing this review: I want to tell people that respect artists or are artists DO NOT GO HERE. If I can paint a picture, the client relations I experienced was a lot like what you experience at the DMV. Very disrespectful and treating my jobs like they were doing me a favor even when they asked me for extra fees to complete jobs. Office manager talked down to me like a child and then would deliver subpar work which I would need to go to another place to fix because the attitude was so bad and I didn't want to deal with her. They have an attitude of doing business akin to not me being an actual paying client, but more like a deadbeat son dropping by to ask them if I could borrow their car. "Why didn't you call first? I told you to call before you came here" Common disrespectful things told to me, "What do you want me to do about it" When I asked for color correction for a mistake in the scan. Always complaining, always an excuse for their behavior. Always leaving early, on vacation, day off, whatever but with this attitude of "Why are you bothering me with work??" It came to a head today when I stopped by with some artwork and no one was in the front office. (Thy never are they just have a bell) I walked into the back to find someone, since I rang the bell and no one arrived. The office manager and the entire staff were in a back room, when I stuck my head in and said, "Hello?" the office manager yelled at me in front of her staff even as I was bringing work to them, then tried to chastise me for dropping off artwork without calling? Why do they have operating hours when it is appointment only? Why the attitude about bringing them work? She hemmed and hawed about deadlines and asked me questions and then when I answered she snapped at me to email her specifics. I drove all the way home and emailed her specifics (Like she asked) before she told me that she wasn't interested in my work because it takes too long and sometimes I ask her to make corrections when she makes a mistake. Which is insane and so rude that a digitizer would just outright say that. ) So I had to drive ALL THE WAY back and pick up my artwork without anything being done. I arrive back pretty pissed off and office manager/digitizer was chitchatting with a coworker and looked back at me annoyed like I was bothering her. She continued the conversation and did the wait a minute finger at me and did this contemptuous look. After all the issues with them and the disrespect, I just LOST IT. It just got worse because they just argued back at me and didn't apologize, the office manager just ran away and some old man told me to GTFO and tossed my artwork outside. Do you want to be treated like that? Owner has purchased some of my artwork so this treatment is puzzling. I am sure she and her coworkers would not give me access to the owner, especially since it was such a blowout argument I had with her for her treatment, but if they read this, I would like to buy the artwork you purchased from me back because I do not want you people to own my artwork. If you do any artwork as well, like I said or respect artists do not go here. It seems like they only want to work with regular corporate type companies and do not respect creatives. Their work is not good and you cannot go back and forth with them. Once the job is done and you find an issue they make it YOUR problem, its never theirs and they will talk down to you. They will charge you extra to correct THEIR mistakes while gaslighting you that its not a mistake on their end and "What do you want me to do about it?" "I'm really busy so if you want me to fix it I'm going to have to charge you." My mistake was going there for so long because I really had no other options. I do not want anyone else to get burnt the way that I did or feel like they have to get treated with disrespect and feel like this is normal. There are places where you drop off with no issue and they treat you with respect and even if they do make mistakes, they own up to it and fix it. I just have to do a better job searching for a place like that in this area. Do not give people like this business. Since they are constantly "swamped" anyway (their go-to excuse) this will greatly help them out. (Please excuse this is under another name/burner account but we had a very heated argument so staff should remember who I am)

Jake was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and thorough. Jake explained many options to me. In the end, I purchased an ergonomic office chair. The store was remarkable in the sense it is smaller yet almost every office set up you might want seems to be on display. We quickly settled on an L shaped configuration ac matching cabinet and well beneath our "guess" at the price. Two things that stand out. We paid for delivery and set up. It arrived on time and could not have asked for more professional a gentleman doing the installation. I had a minor defect ( from manufacturer-they would not have known) on the cabinet. Hard to see unless you are looking specifically for it. I texted Jake at the store, sent a picture and within minutes I had a response saying the part was on its way-that simple. It came in about 3days. Perfect response from a business. I am so impressed I will had Joe's to the list we have of business's we provide to the residents of our association. If you are looking for that desk or chair or anything for your office-I cannot recommend them enough. An outstanding local business.
