    This is the only place I go to mail my packages. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend

    Horrific. They refuse to bring packages to our door. They said I had to pick up at the postal…read moreoffice even though they have it on the truck they will not walk to the door. I explained I am walking disabled and they went into a long narrative about how they will not bring a package to the door - and to the end said it is possible to get a medical form to have packages left at the door. She went on to explain how difficult and long the process would be to get this medical exception. She claimed it could take up to a year to get this exception approved. The USPS admin office said it was simple and fairly quick. She went on to say she could not get in my building do to security key pad. I said UPS, FedX etc.... all come in as did the former USPS carrier - we can give the key to package delivery companies or she can text me and I can buzz her in via my phone. She insisted the lack of her having a key code was an obstacle to bringing in my packages completely ignoring I just gave her 2 perfectly suitable ways to get in. I called the US postal admin and they said it is very easy form and only requires a doctors signature to confirm disability. They asked if I wanted the form, but to be honest, I am worried what might happen to mail/package if I go over her head. She was very clear she does not want to walk to my door. If her superiors insist she does - I just don't trust she will take that well. She/this usps office is frustrating to many residents. If this reads as a frustrated person is writing it, yes it is a frustrating to deal with this office and this woman in particular.

    We decided to cancel our contract with Arcsource after 15 years…read more We were tired of paying the annual fee of renting the tanks and paying for 02 and acetylene. We called and told them we canceled. They told us they would come and pick up the tanks. They never came. 2 more calls later, they finally did, and then had the nerve to charge a $29.75 pickup fee which they never did inform us of. We have a truck and would have been happy to drop them off myself if we knew. They did not disclose this when we called. The tanks still had plenty of 02 and acetylene in them so they should credit us! So now I can review and disclose your tricks. Take that!

I called on 12/3 and spoke to a very nice gentleman about ordering a Hypertherm plasma cutter for my husband who gave me a great price and said there was no need to pay upfront. He stated he would order it and it would be in by the end of that week and I could pay when I picked it up. Well the end of the week came and went so I gave it a full week until I called back. I called on 12/10 and the gentleman I spoke to said they had to check their warehouse and would call me back to ensure it arrived. 3 hours later no call back so I call again and am told it was still "on order" and to check back, mind you I told them I needed this by 12/20 and I ordered this almost 3 weeks ahead of time. Well today I just had an inkling there was something not right. So I call this morning and am told the product I am ordering is now "on backorder" and they have to call Hypertherm direct to see when it would be back in stock-that was over 4 hours ago and still NO call back. I called Hypertherm direct to figure it all out who were BEYOND helpful. They said the item I was ordering was in fact IN STOCK and could ship to ArcSource as soon as they ordered it. So why hadn't they?! I am a paying customer, granted not a massive account of theirs but I am bringing business to them. Melissa at Hypertherm was so helpful and able to give the name of another distributor who were EXCELLENT, friendly and CALLED BACK when they said they would call back. I have ordered the product and they are shipping it directly to me. Over 4 hours later and still no call back from ArcSource, I wonder if they will EVER call me back-doubtful. Moral of the story, consumer or large company looking to do business with ArcSource-don't do it. If they can't follow through with an order someone has placed or have enough decency to call someone back while investigating their order you'd have to wonder what the rest of their work/business ethic is like. Thanks for nothing ArcSource!
