I was extremely disappointed at the lack of service/assistance I received one day when I was trying to print a pdf from my phone (or any other way). I requested assistance from two employees and neither one was able to help me with what I consider to be a pretty easy request. (I know how to print a pdf file; just not their specific procedures ) I have to add that maybe they' were having some problems that day because I have gone in there a couple of other times and was able to get help with what I needed. read more

I went to you guys to print three 2x3 ft. photo collage posters for my godmother's celebration of life party, mounted on foam. The job costed $215. The printing and everything looked nice, so I signed off on it when I picked them up. When I put them up on the easels at the party, I noticed one was about an inch shorter than the others. Threw off the symmetry and looked weird to have two exactly the same, and one shorter. Wtf? I mean, I in the scope of things it's not a huge deal as people were enjoying the pictures, but how did this even happen? The pdfs you printed from were all the same, and aren't the foam boards all a standard size? So how did you lob off an inch from one of the posters? It was so random, and not cool for something that costed $215. read more

Recently bought a printer there. Brought it home and set it up and it did not work. I brought it back to the store the next day. I was asked by the manager why am I bringing it back. I explained to him that it did not work. I guess that wasn't good enough for him. He told me that I probably didn't know what I was doing when I set it up. He then said that my computer was probably compromised because of the kind of websites I go on. It was very clear that he was unhappy that I was bringing it back. It was pretty ridiculous. Even the young lady working the register I was at was embarrassed. Then I had to sit and wait for about 10 minutes to get my money back. I went to Best Buy and bought one it works great. I have had things printed at that Staples and those experiences were great. I guess what I'm saying is if you buy something don't plan on returning it without being talked down too. read more

Selection is awful and I feel like they're trying to rip me off. Looking for a usb type c to hdmi adapter cable. They only have one, it's 4k which makes it $50, which is a absurdly high price, total disgusting rip off. One of the associates says they price match, so I find something off of best buy which is the same model number and brand for 25 but omits the word 4k (yet it's the same model number). Cashier up front says they won't price match Hop onto best buy again, ordered the $25 wire, and will never go to staples again. I might be overreacting but the selection is a pathetic joke and the prices are disgusting so I'm just gonna use Amazon and Best Buy and never waste my time in staples again. read more

Everytime a new manager comes into the store it becomes a disaster. The staff that has been there for years know the customers and know the store and how it works. I have been shopping and using the tech services here for several years. They have the absolute BEST customer service I have ever seen in any store I have ever been in...time and time again. Awesome, knowledgeable staff. They take the time to answer my questions, walk me to items I'm looking for, stay with me until I'm sure about what I am purchasing. Yeah, prices on some items can be a little higher (tough when you are a block from Walmart), but I'd rather pay a little more and know what I'm buying and it will work when I get it home. My dad went to get his battery replaced on his iPhone and when he got home that night his phone wouldn't turn on. He then went on a business trip the next morning and had no phone because it wouldn't turn on. When he got to his destination he spent 3 hours at the apple store where they told him the battery was damaged and he needed a new phone. Do NOT go here to get your phone battery replaced. read more

Great location and have never had a problem until today. The young lady at the print center was rude and not helpful. I needed to print something and I had emailed it to the staples email. I was told to use the kiosk or the computer I was so confused and frustrated. I just don't understand why she couldn't have just printed it for me when I had already emailed it to staples. Should have decided to leave. Went to take advantage of a "deal" for new phones. In the end, almost four hours for two phones to be upgraded. Never should the customer hear that they are "guinea pigs" and should a business show ineptitude like that. Customer Service hint: Take care of ONE customer at a time. Really, that simple. I would not purchase a computer from Staples. I bought one back in June. I kept having issues with it. Canon told me I had a virus even though purchased Staples anti virus.. When I contacted them they said I couldn't have one. Finally out of frustration I brought back and told them to fix it. I had 3 viruses in it among other things. The same issues continue to happen. I was told that I would have to bring it back each time to have viruses removed. A very poor All in One HP computer and very poor customer service. Bought a chromecast from this store. Got home and the seal on the box was broken, the connector was bent (almost off) and the entire charging unit was missing. I drive back an hour after I bought with receipt and explained that I think I was given someone's broken return and I was met with an attitude and an argument from the clerk that they don't put returns on the shelf. This attitude was shared by the manager. They finally let me get a replacement after a five minute plea that I did in fact just buy it and the seal was broken so it was clearly owned previously. After I come back with my new chromecast the clerk is wiggling the connector and tells me its supposed to have wiggle room. I tell her I own another one of these and that is not true. She rings it up, tosses my new chromecast back on the counter and says "There you go." I'll never come back to this Staples ever again. Extremely rude.
