I needed to drop off an Amazon return at Plaistow NH UPS store. They charged me 2 dollars for printing out the return label???!!! Few weeks ago I returned something using FedEx drop off store. They took care of everything with a smile , without even mentioning any charges for such a minor courtesy. It's not about money. It's about minimum of common decency. Shame of them. Had a package delivered here while traveling. Have to say that staff is some of the friendliest people I have met in New England.

Not bad, not great. Mainly use to return Amazon items. Employees are pleasant and tentative but sometimes there is a line - just too many people coming in for returns like me and it takes a few minutes to process everything. I was the only one there, and I didn't even get acknowledge while she was on the phone. She continued as though she was the only one in the store. It's unfortunate. The customer service is down the drains and you can't simply acknowledge someone within the first 30 seconds of entering a building. I am definitely not coming back. It's a waste of time. read more

The owners and employees of this store are so easy to deal with and are friendly and overly helpful. I use this location primarily for returns to Amazon and they are quick to print me a confirmation of drop off with the tracking number or to pull out tape to fix a bad wrapping job on my part. I have used them a few times to custom pack and ship items. The cost is not cheep but never has an item gotten to its final destination broken. So with that being said, the cost to have them package stuff for you might be worth it in the long run. The location also has mail boxes and package signing services available. I called the store for information regarding shipping an eBay sale and the conversation on his end consisted of "don't know", "don't know anything about that", and one more "don't know", then click! Went into store later on and he couldn't have been less interested in my problem. Rolled his eyes several times. Couldn't or wouldn't help me package it up. I purchased a box and packing supplies and struggled on the way out of store - he didn't offer to open or even hold the door after I opened it with arms full of bubble wrap, tape and huge box. A few items dropped during my struggle to get through the door and he could not have cared less. What a dork. I then took the package to BRADFORD MASS post office and they were very helpful and friendly. They even reinforced my taping job to make sure it was secure. Bad customer service. Sent a Christmas package and it was lost in transit for days. I called and they said they would track it and get back to em - they never did. Finally the package came back to the store. The rep had typed the wrong house number. Asked them to resend it bit they would not - said it was my fault because I had signed their form (I didn't know the address without the package). Done with them. What a wonderful experience at the local UPS store in Plaistow NH. Always professional and the young woman that helped me yesterday ship heavy machined parts to PA was really amazing. As a reminder to local Southern Hampshire residents, a nonlicensee may not transfer any firearm to a nonlicensed resident of another state via shipping. This is probably the worst UPS store around. First of all, there is no cell service, so if you need to do an Amazon return and you haven't either printed out the QR code or downloaded it to your phone, you can't access it. Then there's the employees who are the most unfriendly, miserable bunch of people I've ever run into. No greetings when you walk in the door, no how can I help you, just a blank stare until I started talking. I said I was there to make an Amazon drop off return and the response was "okay" and nothing more. Just stared at me until I asked what would she like first? The product or the QR code. "Both" She proceeded to say nothing but sigh a few times through the short transaction like I was putting her out. This happened over a week ago, and they still haven't processed my return yet. I usually use kohls for Amazon returns and they are easy, friendly, and fast. Unfortunately for whatever reason, kohls wasn't an option this time only the UPS store. Next time I'll try using the one in Salem, NH if I need to but the plaistow one? Never again. This isn't the first time something like this has happened there. I used to rent a Box here. One of the employees, perhaps one of the owners, I'm not sure, after learning my political beliefs, would hassle me regarding them EVERY F'ING time I went in. It became so bad, I dreaded going there, which was a problem because I went 5 days a week. Eventually it devolved into such a horrible, abusive situation that when my lease was up, I handed in my key and left no forwarding address. The people that work here are fantastic and very quick to get your package ready to ship, just too bad they arent open Sundays.

This is a great store. Really clean and they have a lot of offerings. They seem to carry it all! Thad helped me. I had five large boxes with prepaid labels. He was so helpful and logged all boxes in and provided a receipt. He was very professional and very friendly. I will definitely use this store again. Don't bother going to this store for a passport photo. I drove there only to be told I should come back the following day at 10:30 so another employee can take the picture. Sorry but I have a job and can not work around your employee's schedule. Maybe you should mention the limited hours on your website. read more
