I called in a few hours before heading to the store to make sure that they would be able to do this because I live far. An employee told me over the phone that as long as the band was a common design, they should have links that they can use to lengthen my band for me. I drove an hour and a half to the store and when I walked in, an older male employee asked if I needed help. I explained the situation and he asked me why anyone would tell me that they could add a link. He said that they don't do that and that I would need to call customer service to request links. I said that I spoke with someone on the phone who told me that I could come in, which is why I drove an hour and a half to the store. He was extremely rude and said that he doesn't know why someone would tell me that, as if I hadn't spoken to a fellow employee just a few hours before.
