I love working with this company. They have a great product and excellent customer service. They are all so friendly and easy to work with. I order wall murals for the medical center I work for and patients and employees all love them. We've also had 2 vehicles done which look amazing. Meet the Business Owner: Michael H.

My name is Michael Hurley. My father started a sign shop in Manchester NH in 2004. I worked there until 2012 when my dads company was bought out by a larger company. Eventually, my dad and I were let go, so we started Lifesize Wraps. Lifesize Wraps started growing right away. The company was founded on a passion to give businesses, small and large, a more effective way to advertise and grow their own business. After the 3M certification was achieved, business started rolling in. One year after starting the company, my father passed away suddenly. After this tremendous loss, I continued running the business with the same passion as my dad. Six years, six full time employees and two company vehicles later, Lifesize Wraps has flourished into a successful business. Lifesize Wraps will always provide customers with an exceptional individual experience, the most important thing to us. The thing about getting a car wrap is...it's a bit like getting your windows tinted. You want the…read morereassurance that you're in the care of an expert who will apply the media without having the end result resemble that of bubble packaging. More over, you want the confidence you're receiving the highest quality product possible. In light of those traits, Travis delivers on all fronts. Once comprised of a whole team, Travis is currently the sole vendor for Monkey Wraps. How I discovered him was....a long time in the making, actually. See, the quest for upgraded auto-aesthetics originally started way back in 2023. At the time, I was looking to do a total wrap. The price was more than fair for what I was seeking, but it would take some doing saving up the amount needed. So, I sat on the idea for a few years. And then I got an epiphany...from ChatGPT of all places. After some deliberating and image rendering with the bot, I thought to myself, "Self, what if, instead of getting a total wrap, we got highlights? It'd be both cheaper AND quicker." And so it was. With a few adjustments to the shade of green I wanted, I settled on a Gloss Green Envy; which proved to be absolutely perfect for highlight colors. Had it been a total wrap, I'd have gone with more of a dark forest green. But, I digress. In any case, I couldn't really justify putting a total wrap into a depreciating asset. Clearly, this was the better choice. I didn't come up with the idea of applying color to the base rockers until after the first set of media had been ordered (I'm so dumb sometimes). But, no matter. Each job, having been done on two separate visits, took approximately a day with overnight curing. And for those who were curious, a total wrap would have taken 5-7 days. So, yeah...this was better. It took me a while to finally write this review because I needed to bide out the 2 week recommended waiting time for curing to complete before washing my car so that I could take pictures. Needless to say, it was worth the wait. All in all, not a bad way to spend $1.3k if I do say so myself. It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive. And for those wondering why I didn't just go someplace closer like Lifesize Wraps in Manch Vegas, it's mainly due to 3 things.. 1.) They only had like 2 reviews at the time of this one. Whereas Travis' portfolio is immaculate and massive! 2.) I honestly didn't know they existed till after already booking with MW. 3.) I kept thinking about that original quote I got from him years ago. I guess it all just boils down to loyalty. Yeah, the place is hard as $#!@ to find the first time. But there are MW signs pointing you the direction to go if you know to look for them. You'll know you're in the right place once you reach a warehouse looking building with the #11 above and you're standing before a door with an 8 on it. There's even a Ring doorbell so you can communicate with Travis if he's not physically there. He accepts contactless digital payment (of course) and typically requires an initial deposit to get started; usually in the ballpark of $100 or so. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about Travis and his amazing talents! So, I'm just gonna wrap this up here (get it? XD) and give Monkey Wraps 5 shiny new Bimmers with Glossy Green highlights beaming down the highway out of 5.

I opted for a full wrap with ppf on top for the bumper which cost about $3.5k. Wrap was clean and seamless and Travis was communicative on post wrap care. I will go back to him again to get my cars wrapped.

I was assigned a commission on Monday that was expected to be completed at the latest on Friday, but the client wanted to grab the print in hand by Wednesday to give the framer as much time as possible to frame. I made the mistake of going to a big box retailer for the last minute print, and when they brought it out... Oh, it was terrible. Oversaturated colors. The print itself was too dark. The material they called "photographic paper" was cheap and thin. It had smears and scrapes on the print surface. The black ink looked matte while on a glossy surface, and everything looked blurry. I was totally at a loss, so I paid and left, but ended up asking a client who referred me to Print NH who then took the job so close to them being closed for the day. Also, the print quality was phenomenal compared to that big box retailer -- the colors were on point, and everything was crisp. I was happy, and so was the client. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Horrible experience so far with this company. I ordered 2000 8.5x11 flyers from them. After a…read morelittle back and forth about getting my PDF upload correct for them, I successfully upload my job and it looks 100% correct on my end so I approve it and pay for the flyers. A week and half later I get a delivery - box 1 of 1. I open the box and to my dismay I see that images and colors are missing and boxes are printed out of alignment. The product is unusable. I immediately emailed BBP, and get a response saying to send them a photo of what I received, which I did. They said they will get with their production team and find out what went wrong. A few days later after following up with them a few times, I get a response saying I have something called "overprint" turned on, so I will need to have my files fixed. Remember my proof came out 100% correct when I uploaded it! I have no clue what "overprint" is nor should I need to, as I uploaded my file, as I'm expected to, and approved that it was correct, which is was. They should not have an upload, view, and approve process that shows me my image is correct and then blame me when something goes wrong on their end when they actually print the file! This company has taken my money, put me behind on my schedule, and frustrated me beyond imagination. I honestly cannot believe a company would do this to anyone.

i go to this store 2-3 times a week to ship items. I have NEVER had ANY issue/problems with the…read morestaff there at all. in fact one day I did need to still finish taping up my package I was sending out and the employee thay helped me couldn't have been any nicer! They had no problem letting me use their taper as I had just ran out of tape with needing about an extra 20 inches to have my package as secure I I would expect someone to send to me. This employee actually asked if I needed any help with finishing taping up my packageI! I am there 2-3 times a week and I have NEVER waited any longer than 5-7 minutes for service. But I EXPECT that and everyone SHOULD! Sure there is a few people in line sometime. But with all the people selling things online now a days UPS and USPS must be as busy ALL THE TIME as say CVS or Walgreens when you see 1,000 prescriptions done and sitting there waiting to be picked up! So the extra register and scale that have been put in has helped a lot with speeding things up too for sure. I had to leave a positive review as all I saw was negative reviews when I was looking up their hours for tomorrow. These employees ARE 100% as busy with as many customers as Pharmacies are! So EVERYONE SHOULD be going there expecting to possibly have a 10-15 minute wait. Even though I have never had to even wait that long myself even 1 time. So I felt the need to leave a REAL and honest review of MY personal experiences at this UPS location. Their employees are ALL working hard and have customers NONSTOP ALL DAY. So when working SO long and hard to keep things moving and help customers as quick and the best they can is all I have ever seen there. There is definitely not ANY employees wasting time or being rude to anybody any time I have been there. I am sure they have their RUSH hours and sometimes there must be a long line and a 10-15 minute wait but I have never seen it. So I say this store and anyone I have delt with there have ALWAYS been kind and helpful and fast. So please people before being so quick to give a bad review try to p t yourself in their shoes and KNOW your going to be seeing 1,000+ customers EVERY shift! so because of this at some points of the day some things will get backed up and with a line of customers it only makes for more anxiety for the employees to help them all and as fast as possible. WITHOUT making any mistakes too! This UPS store is wonderful and is open till 6 for all the workers thay can't get there till after they get out of their 9-5 job! So just think how hard things can possibly get when there is an error or mistake made with 1 person out of the 1,000 people they see on a shift. I would say they are doing an EXCELLENT job for how many customers they have to work with and help daily. They should be getting a standing ovation for their work and not complaining and negativity in the reviews. Do NOT hesitate to use this UPS store and just know it MAY be busy and it could be a 10 minute wait but I don't believe there is even that long a wait here very often.
