Horrible experience so far with this company. I ordered 2000 8.5x11 flyers from them. After a…read morelittle back and forth about getting my PDF upload correct for them, I successfully upload my job and it looks 100% correct on my end so I approve it and pay for the flyers. A week and half later I get a delivery - box 1 of 1. I open the box and to my dismay I see that images and colors are missing and boxes are printed out of alignment. The product is unusable. I immediately emailed BBP, and get a response saying to send them a photo of what I received, which I did. They said they will get with their production team and find out what went wrong. A few days later after following up with them a few times, I get a response saying I have something called "overprint" turned on, so I will need to have my files fixed. Remember my proof came out 100% correct when I uploaded it! I have no clue what "overprint" is nor should I need to, as I uploaded my file, as I'm expected to, and approved that it was correct, which is was. They should not have an upload, view, and approve process that shows me my image is correct and then blame me when something goes wrong on their end when they actually print the file! This company has taken my money, put me behind on my schedule, and frustrated me beyond imagination. I honestly cannot believe a company would do this to anyone.

I was assigned a commission on Monday that was expected to be completed at the latest on Friday, but the client wanted to grab the print in hand by Wednesday to give the framer as much time as possible to frame. I made the mistake of going to a big box retailer for the last minute print, and when they brought it out... Oh, it was terrible. Oversaturated colors. The print itself was too dark. The material they called "photographic paper" was cheap and thin. It had smears and scrapes on the print surface. The black ink looked matte while on a glossy surface, and everything looked blurry. I was totally at a loss, so I paid and left, but ended up asking a client who referred me to Print NH who then took the job so close to them being closed for the day. Also, the print quality was phenomenal compared to that big box retailer -- the colors were on point, and everything was crisp. I was happy, and so was the client. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
