Brought my breakable in to be packaged and shipped here. The 'paid packaging and shipping service' included no padding, no bubble wrap and a taped together box. Zero protection for my item -a ceramic elephant worth a ton of $. Left the item to be packaged and no insurance offered by employees. it arrived shattered. Store won't assist/replace the damaged item, corporate also unhelpful. If you have anything you care about or is worth money at all don't use this store to ship and definitely not to package. Would have left a zero star rating if I could. Don't make the same mistake I did. I have since messaged with corporate and fielded calls from this business and nothing has happened for resolution. Given the relatively close proximity this place is to where I live, I feel an irrevocable obligation to talk about it. Except...there's not much to talk about. It's a UPS, it's efficient, and it's mostly convenient. Mostly. See, there's actually one thing I really, REALLY hate about this location. Just one. And that is....the parking lot. I think.....yeah. I think I may hate this parking situation more than Brussels sprouts. In short, it's tiny. Cramp. Like...seriously. You practically need a clown car to fit into their compacted car spaces. Plus, it doesn't help that half the drivers in NH evidently can't park for shit. And as a New Hampshirite, I am embarrassed to say that. But, I digress. If you've been here before, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. More than once, I've had to drive right into Popeye's parking lot just to circle back around and find a parking space that didn't have some idiot ostensibly double-parked. I could go on and on and I understand the actual business themselves has little power over this ridiculous situation. But, it is what it is. And I think people should know what they're getting themselves into. Fine for all your UPS needs, but painfully vexing for parking. I'm giving this UPS 4 compact parking spaces out of 5. read more

Soon-to-be former customer (have had a box here for 18 years going back to when they were located in the little space next door now occupied by the nail salon). Used it as my primary address for 12 years and to receive packages the last six. Had one lost package for which I was reimbursed about 10 years back but otherwise trouble free. Sometimes get other people's mail but packages were pretty good (they'd better be: UPS stands for "United Parcel Service" and if they want to avoid going down the same road as the "Centers for Disease Control" they should get their act together). Ordered $324 in electronics and had it shipped UPS ground to the UPS store. What can go wrong? Package was logged in and I got the pickup slip in my box. They can't find the package. "Don't worry these usually show up". Next time I stopped by, same story. That was April. In May I asked the manager (Jamie - now gone) to file a claim. "I can't do that - you have to go through the sender because it wasn't shipped on our account". So I did, and after some prodding they contacted UPS corporate, and UPS corporate contacted the new manager (Peter - nice guy). "We have to review the video to find out what happened". After further review - a month or so - they told me what I knew in April which is that they lost the package. Now it's June. Come July I get the final word which is that reimbursement is limited to $100. At this point it isn't about the money it's about the time. I've spent hours following up on this and all I have is the owner's phone number (Cameron - an enigma). Who texted after I got his voice mail "Call u in a few". Well ya didn't and here we are. Here's the rub: the UPS store advertises itself as a place for small/home businesses to have shipping and receiving services. I've had shipments worth up to $6000 received here (A Textronix Network Analyzer if you're curious) - you're telling me everybody gets chapter-and-verse about the $100 limit? That's insane. If you're as good as you ought to be you don't need the limit that low. For the record, in 18 years I've spent $4,541.15 to have a box. You'd think that buys some consideration, but then capitalism doesn't seem to be these guys forte. So keep your $100 Cameron - as it happens I value my time at that figure per hour (it's useful in life so you don't wind up as one of those idiots in the checkout line fumbling with ten cent coupons and holding up everyone).... the last 10 minutes of my life writing this were well spent. I was dropping off a package for my sister (she told me that the code she sent me was for UPS) and it turned out she had inadvertently chosen another store to use for the return process (Whole Foods, not near me). Vincenzo at UPS was incredibly helpful. I got my sister on the phone and Vincenzo walked her through cancelling the return at the other store and correctly choosing a UPS store, all while I was there. It worked, package sent. While waiting, I saw the staff handling other customers with courtesy and competency. If using a UPS store to send packages makes sense, I'd recommend this store. read more

Second time recently I have arrived after 8 am on a week day. You guessed right, no one there. Wait like to 1O pasted. Nope. They should either alter the time or hire someone (pay them good) that can actually open the Store on Time. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Vincenzo and John. My move to St. Augustine, FL went perfectly with 5 large packages of household belongings shipped from Nashua. I especially appreciated how Vincenzo did not mock my packaging job as he secured the boxes with heavy-duty tape for no additional charge. Everything arrived safe and sound. beware of this location. Lost my package and are saying that they do not log in packages, even though i was a mailbox holder. The lady who works here is a total nightmare, she is beyond rude and aggressive. Its really sad. I called the owner and HE HUNG UP ON ME. They closed my mailbox down without contacting me for a renewal because I'm not WHITE. and when i started looking for my box they told me they dont log my packages and NOW i've had to file a claim with UPS for my missing item. BEWARE THERE ARE better locations in NH for your boxes. try them THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST. read more

The lady who works there is rude and unprofessional. I have a mailbox at the store, and whenever I called in, she tells me that she is busy and can't help me at the moment. It is understandable the first few times, but I called in 7 times in 3 days to ask for the tracking number of my package, and she always answered and always said the same thing "We're busy and we have a line of customers." She never followed up after or send the tracking number. The last time I called in, she yelled at me saying it is not her courtesy to give me tracking. It is really frustrating to work with her. I don't know if the other bad reviews up here talking about the same lady, but if they are, you should know she is unprofessional. read more

The gentleman that runs this store is a lunatic. I entered the store today to return some hardware to Spectrum Communications and he refused to serve me because I was not wearing a face covering. In fact, he refused to even address me. The city of Nashua lifted their mask mandate at midnight on 26 May for fully vaccinated people, which I am. In addition to being fully vaccinated, I have a medical exemption from wearing masks anyway. So while this gentleman (bald guy that smokes Newports outside the front door with his mask off) refused to even talk to me since I wasn't wearing a mask - a female employee standing 5 feet behind him was not wearing a mask but that was okay because "she's in the back." I'm a 100% disabled veteran and have never been treated with such disrespect and poor service as I was today. I hope to speak to the owner to make a formal complaint but it's not looking promising. read more

I have visited the UPS store multiple times in the past year and always hope that Robin is there. She provides excellent customer service, is incredibly professional and works in a timely manner. The times Robin has been working while I've gone to the store, she has managed to assist multiple customers with all their needs and quickly! The other 3 times I've visited in the past year and had another employee, they seem to be incapable of providing service or lack any knowledge of their job functions. I'm not sure why this is, but I've witnessed 4 other employees, who are utterly incompetent, working there and it's embarassing to watch. I can't recall their names (and don't really care to either as they were completely useless). I had one guy take literally 15 minutes to type in the address that I was sending my package to and he still made multiple spelling errors. I had another employee take a full 5 minutes to notice I was in the store before helping me ring out. And today, I luckily had Robin graciously assist me, despite it being very busy with multiple other customers and also with the UPS truck itself being there. She helped me and 4 other customers while another female employee sat at a desk in the back of the store, unwilling to help despite the busy atmosphere and being prompted to. When she finally made her way over to the register, she just looked at me dumbfounded when I asked for a certain item for sale--she did not look for said item, clarify the question or even ask Robin if they have it. She just stood there and did nothing to help me. She also gave this same dumbfounded look to the other customers and then just walked to the back of the store again. It was a very odd experience and I'm just so grateful that Robin was there and knew what to do and handled the situation and customers so beautifully. Based on my multiple experiences at this location, I've concluded that this location would completely fall apart without Robin. Also, I gave the rating 5 stars for Robin's work, service and professionalism. Anyone else I've met at this location thus far would not receive even 1 star. read more

Their staff did not have packaging skills for a flat monitor so, they asked me to go to a different UPS. I lost half hr due to it.

I cannot tell you enough how the service is top notch here. I came in to get a document printed from a memory stick for a bridal shower. Well their printer was having issues, but the person working did not stop in trying to help me. She asked if I could email the store the document to print and she would try it on their printer/fax machine. I did this and she printed out a sheet. I noticed I sent the wrong one. Sent another and she again printed. This time is was right. I needed 8 copies. She then went and got a glossier paper to make the document even better. They proceeded to print the 8 copies needed. They were perfect. All this extra service and attention did not cost extra. I am grateful for the extra mile the store representative went for me. I would definitely recommend this store and will certainly be back to use their services when needed. read more
