On my visit, the employees were friendly knowledgeable and worked to service customers as quickly as they could. I got exactly what I wanted, ( home internet) it was a new account so it too a little time to set up a new account, but not too long, other customers were being taken care of by the the other employee, everyone was greeted as they entered. read more

This used to be the location that we were going to for a long time until today! Horrible experience with the manager. The rest of the staff are nice but the manager is a very disrespectful person. Rude and no courteous with my issue. I felt discriminated and mistreated, he was trying to implied that I did not understand the situation. They offer an apple watch as an appreciation present for being a loyal customer for over 20 years and the whole thing was a lie. They charge for service and protection plan in it, which I was not explained about. No gift at all. Plus I was charge for protection plan in my phones even that I clearly stated that I was not interested in it. The manager of this store location should not be working with people. He has no clue about customer service and seems to me he was racist bc of my accent. read more

I went to this location with my family to switch over to T-mobile and everything was great until it was time to activate my phone. No one really cared for helping me after seeing that the SIM that was inserted wasn't supported-- I was basically told in other words to just handle it on my own and that it isn't their problem. The employees then proceeded to make their lunch plans for the day while I was standing there unhappy with the fact that I went through an hour and a half process to switch over to a plan that I can't use immediately, considering I do business on my phone. Now, I'm unable to use my new cellular service for a minimum of two days until my phone gets approved to be unlocked from the old company. I wasted over 4 hours of my day going back and forth from this location and my old phone company just to be unable to use anything for days because the employee who switched us over at this location failed to acknowledge that I can't open a new line if my financed phone wasn't paid off first, even though I had mentioned right when I walked in that my phone had a remaining balance and was told that everything would be fine. read more
