I wish I could give with store a negative amount of stars. My experience was laughable at how bad…read moreit was. All they do is LIE LIE LIE, and tell you you're the problem for calling them out and threaten you with law enforcement. RUN AWAY, go to a CORPORATE T-mobile store NEVER go to these Authorized Retail stores. I have never written a bad review for any business in my life I just cut my loses and move on, but this experience was unique. Detailed Experience if interested: I picked this store as the store to have my replacement phone sent to, I attempted to pick it up twice after being notified through text it arrived at the store. Both times I was told they didn't have the phone however before being told they did not have the phone in their possession both times I was asked why I needed a new phone. The second time after the associate came from the back stating she didn't have the phone she told me I needed to file an insurance claim instead of a warranty claim. How would she know the kind of claim if she does not have the phone. At that point I went home, called t-mobile, they confirmed the store received the phone ten days prior. I returned to the store the associate straight away told me we already told you we dont have the phone. At this point I am frustrated I did raise my voice but never called them out of name or used profanity, they lied straight to my face three times. I told her they indeed did have the phone I called t-mobile they confirmed it was received by their associate. At this point I can see in her face shes shocked I have the information. She tells me she will not argue with me I told her to call t-mobile then if she doesnt wish to speak to me as that is what the t-mobile rep advised to do over the phone when I called. She stated she will not be calling t-mobile and will she is going to call her manager Zach to remove us from the store. I told her to go ahead and call him. The other associate then comes from the back we attempt to talk to her she said she will not talk to us or give us information. She then states they well call the police and states she and her coworker will stay in the back until we leave the store leaving her other customer she was attending there at the counter. More customers walk in so we decide to step outside the store so the other customers can be attended as this is not their fault. I call t-mobile and am on hold when the police arrive they ask be to explain the situation the officer is confused, they then go in to speak to the associates. The t-mobile rep answers the call and I explain the situation the rep is baffled as to what I am explaining. The rep puts me on hold to try and figure out the next appropriate steps. The officers then come out of the store the officers attempt to have the associates give them the phone, they then lie to the officers and say that their manager is the only one allowed to open the safe, when they had opened it earlier that day. However, I knew law enforcement wouldn't be able to obtain the phone either way due to policies. All these people do is LIE LIE LIE. The officers left didn't even trespass us, had I actually been violent or threatening to their associates they would have at least told us we can never return or we are trespassed. This was the worst experience in my life with any type of business or service. I know it is not T-mobiles fault as this is an authorized retail store. and everyone from T-mobile corporate was very helpful and kind.

We met Tariq who seemed happy to accommodate us. There was no issues, or rudeness which Ive seen at other stores. He told us what we needed to know. I kidded him about trying to get out by closing time. He assured us that he wasn't in a hurry and our needs were a priority. Very professional. I liked that. As we were leaving several young ladies, apparently also w/ phone issues were directed towards Tariq. Big smiles for them saying he'd be happy to help them momentarily. Good vibe in here.

The past week, my husband and I strugged with the idea of breaking our contract with T-Mobile, and…read morepaying a $400 cancellation fee because of the horrible service they provided. We were told by multiple friends and family members about the great service provided by Verizon, so we decided to see what it was all about. We stopped at this location on a whim after dinner, and we were pleasantly suprised with the packages, phones, and service coverage. We were greeted by a Sales Rep named Rich Malone. He spent nearly 2 hours explaining our different options for family plans, texting, and all the data options. We were also suprised to learn that Verizon has home phone service for $20/month. The entire time we spent in the store, Rich was attentive, knowledgeable, and very patient despite my hesitance to cancel our contract with our current carrier. After much discussion, we decided to switch! We walked out with two iphones, and home phone service for much less than T-Mobile and Comcast were charging us for those services. The service we received from Rich was superior, and we are looking forward to the same in return from Verizon Wireless.

I did show the vibration issue to the technician when I dropped off the phone, and he mentioned that he thought it could be related to the camera. I also followed up specifically to ask if the vibration issue had been taken care of. When I picked up the phone, unfortunately, the vibration issue was still not repaired. Both technicians made it sound like repairing or replacing the vibration motor may be a more involved repair. If that's the case, maybe the phone needs to be replaced, or the necessary part needs to be ordered. I'm happy to bring it back in. Just to clarify, the screen was never cracked on this phone. The phone was dropped, and it appears the impact dislodged or damaged multiple internal components. I'd just like to make sure all of the issues caused by the drop are addressed.

Owner was RUDE AS you know what to me. I had an issue with my internet router going completely dead out of the blue within my 1 year warranty (had less than 6 months). Customer service told me that the store should be able to give me a new router. I called before I went, he confirmed they had 10 units, but told me I couldn't leave with on that day that he has to issue a return, wait for a unit to come in to the store in 3 days and then I could pick it up. Called customer service back before going to the store, they escalated call and was told by manager that if I go into the store and the store calls them (because they wouldn't have a long wait - I specifically asked) they would work with the store so I could get the unit replaced. I went in, he insisted I call customer service, said he had no other phone number he would have to wait to. He said he could generate a return but then I would have to wait 3 days for one to come in. I asked why I couldn't have one in stock and he keep the one coming in. I also offered initially on the phone to purchase a new router which the store told me I could not do because I could only have one unit in a home. But in store he said I could buy a new unit for $100. That I didn't qualify for the special price because I already had one. He got tired of my questions and waiting for customer service to read the rules and just told me to leave, go get internet somewhere else, he doesn't want my business. This after I asked him, how do we process the warranty replacement. He had one lady waiting, told me to leave and just started helping her. I'm contemplating canceling my entire metro service because of him and will be sourcing new phone service and internet service. In the end, customer service paused my current service (had to call back to cancel) added a new internet line and charged me for a new router (only $10 but I will be calling for a refund as my unit is still under warranty and should have been replaced for free). Now I have no internet for 3 more days (which trust me, I will be contacting customer service for a credit for those days as well).
