T-Mobile is my third provider and new to me so I can only speak to the setup process which was far more seamless than AT&T. I wanted to transfer my phone over but AT&T couldn't find a way to unlock my phone. The alternative...port my number over. I worked with Tommy who was personable and did everything he could to help me transfer my phone. When it was all said and done it was a no-go because of an AT&T glitch. While all that was happening the T-Mobile crew was patient and helpful. read more

Great value! Painfully good customer service No surprise "extras" on the bill. We pay $70 for 2 lines, unlimited everything (Magenta 55+), T Mobile paid for my phone $348 plus gave us Netflix. We are saving $25/mo from ATT,plus $8.95 from Netflix So far, no issues with service! read more

The assistant manager, Tommy D, lied to us while trying to add data to one of our lines. He told us we could not individually add data; that due to "restructuring" we would have to update our plan to add data to any lines. Immediately upon leaving, thinking this would be my only option, I went online to my-tmobile. Turns out, I could easily add data to any individual line for an expected monthly increase in billing. I'm not sure if this "Assistant Store Manager" would get anything out of selling us a newer plan, but I am very unhappy with this experience. I'll continue to do our tmobile account administration through their website and over the phone. Tmobile is great to us, but this was wholly unprofessional and unacceptable to me. read more

Hanna and Tommy are awesome!! We moved 7 lines over to T-Mobile with these guys and it went exactly as they described, they took care of all the details and we have our new phones and a much smaller bill now!! 5 star service!! read more

We worked with Ramsin K, who offered exceptional service and was very knowledgeable about the products and services. I had been having issues with my data speed and he recommended the T-Mobile One Plan that ended up saving our family money. The new plan works like a charm! I was not pressured to purchase a new device. I will absolutely return to this location as it is far less chaotic and less wait time than the Haggerty location. read more

This is the best tMobile store in the metro area. Savannah and Tommy rocked it. Sorry Savannah if I missed spelled your name. Worth a drive in my opinion. Went there to put my brother on my plan and got a big surprise( it was my birthday that day). I went to put my brother on my plan, got him on my plan and got my bill whacked in half. Outstanding read more

They will never give you a straight answer or ignore you when give them your money and a contract, then you are put off, and just ignored and they are too busy to get to your account or too busy to do your equipment paid for. The owner takes no accountability and will never answer emails. They had no problem getting us in a contract and lying about the deal. I agree with the above post DO NOT use this company or trust their sales team.

Didn't notice until I downloaded the app and saw the charges. Next I was told the promotion for the Apple Watch was I would get it FREE not true it's in ur bill as a finance fee.. $4 for 24 months.. he was probably counting on people not noticing this $4 on their bill.. Then he tells us if we want to try the Internet for 2 Weeks we can and if we like it then we would be charged if not, just bring it back and no charge and we chose the lower end of Internet, which should've been $40 with no extender and we only took home the box no extender.. I was charged for the higher price Internet with extender bill.... lastley I'm looking over my receipt and I see that my total charge was only $40 but he charged me $60. Where did my other $20 go Quentin? And why did you charge me to activate a phone line that was already active? If you go here, please make sure to pay attention and make sure that you don't get scammed as well. Luckily, customer service was able to help me.

T-Mobile will nickle and dime charge the customers from over a $100+ in processing fees for their "FREE" phones. If you cancel a line (not in contract) they charge you for additional month and remove any ability to take part in promotions for your lines you still have.

The people working here are a**holes! The customer service is the worst we have ever experienced! We've never felt so cheated and lied too. My husband's phone stopped working due to a software issue and went in to have it replaced under warranty. He was told it would be replaced and to pick it up in a few days. When he went in, the kid with long black hair called him old man and told my husband to f*** off when my husband got upset. (In front of other customers! ) Tmobile just lost my family as customers and I will tell everyone I know. The long haired little prick behind the counter should never work again! So, I have to say that my experience with the team at this store was impressive. I was in a sticky situation with a phone that I had and these guys (especially Tommy D, the manager) went out of their way to try to find a solution for me. Where it seemed like there was no way to make my situation right, Tommy went over and beyond to make me a happy customer. I can say that I really feel that he has my back. Manager Tommy and Trainee Brandon were awesome. Answered all of my upgrade questions. They helped me graduate from android to an iPhone. Their patience with me as we set up a new Gmail account and a new apple ID, was outstanding. Great customer service. No hard sell on any devices, or accessories. I would highly recommend this store. This location is extremely helpful! After dealing with customer service for several hours, I decided to go into the store and it was totally worth it.
