They also never truly fix your issue they merely put a band aid on and kick your ticket down the chain where it will stay and keep getting messed as the techs tell you its being resolved when it truly isn't. This company and owner take zero accountability, they do not respond or give answers to any IT issues or follow up about equipment and installations 3+ months now waiting and they ignore us. Everything is about tickets and tickets are never completed or stay sitting till you have to call back and complain. They only care about sales and not customer service. They will never give you a straight answer or ignore you when give them your money and a contract, then you are put off, and just ignored and they are too busy to get to your account or too busy to do your equipment paid for. The owner takes no accountability and will never answer emails. They had no problem getting us in a contract and lying about the deal. Didn't notice until I downloaded the app and saw the charges. Next I was told the promotion for the Apple Watch was I would get it FREE not true it's in ur bill as a finance fee.. $4 for 24 months.. he was probably counting on people not noticing this $4 on their bill.. Then he tells us if we want to try the Internet for 2 Weeks we can and if we like it then we would be charged if not, just bring it back and no charge and we chose the lower end of Internet, which should've been $40 with no extender and we only took home the box no extender.. I was charged for the higher price Internet with extender bill.... lastley I'm looking over my receipt and I see that my total charge was only $40 but he charged me $60. Where did my other $20 go Quentin? And why did you charge me to activate a phone line that was already active? If you go here, please make sure to pay attention and make sure that you don't get scammed as well. Luckily, customer service was able to help me.

T-Mobile will nickle and dime charge the customers from over a $100+ in processing fees for their "FREE" phones. If you cancel a line (not in contract) they charge you for additional month and remove any ability to take part in promotions for your lines you still have.

I worked with Tommy who was personable and did everything he could to help me transfer my phone. When it was all said and done it was a no-go because of an AT&T glitch. While all that was happening the T-Mobile crew was patient and helpful.
