I had been told there was "no warranty," but I was never told before paying that the replacement screen might work only intermittently. When I complained, I was told something along the lines ofllllthat sometimes these screens work and sometimes they do not. A no-warranty repair is not the same as paying $212 for a screen that appears defective immediately. Had the risk been clearly disclosed beforehand, I would not have authorized the repair. If the screen is compatible with my phone, the expectation if for it to operate correctly at least for 3 - 6 months. Leaving the store and before getting into my car and not working, is extremely disappointing especially after spending over 200.00.
