Please please please, for your sanity, avoid this store at all costs. I had to go here for an insurance repair on 7/7/26 for a cracked screen replacement. The repair went great and all, but once I got home, Maybe due to a faulty seal or improper installation (likely the case) the corners started to lift. I immediately called in to report this, but due to travel, could not get to the repair until today, 7/13/26. I called this morning to verify if I came in before 6, they would fix this issue clearly done by them, to which they said yes. Then the time comes, I spend an hour round trip getting here, just to be told no and turned away. The store manager, Andrew, is arguably one of the least professional individuals I have had to interact with. I pleaded my case, told him the situation, and that I wouldn't aimlessly waste my time driving here. I then repeated that I called earlier to confirm, to which then he flailed his arms in the air like a child and ran out back to call whoever he did to confirm, then came back and lied to me saying no one ever said this. I pleaded once more but he still said I was not his priority and should have better time management to get down here (I work til 4:30). Last time I was here, I watched Andrew get in a confrontation with another customer who complained about the service here (shocker) and raised his voice at Andrew, who started shaking with fear, and had to go outside for well over 30 minutes to cool off, slowing down repairs and customer service further. Over all, negative review if possible, do not waste your time or money here for subpar service, and people who do not stand behind their service. read more

I don't know where to start! Could be the first wasted trip out there (100mi round trip) or the second when they repaired my daughter's phone only to damage the front camera. Maybe when I was told the new camera was ordered and wasn't. Either way I wouldn't take anything to these people the way they do business, all the while telling you their helping you out while screwing your eyeballs out! read more

I have to say this is my first time using uBreakiFix which is probably a good thing. My husband had a phone mishap and replaced it but needed his data off the old phone. Took my child's phone here for screen repair and was told they would also put a screen cover on it. Ten days later the screen breaks and I realize there is no cover on the phone...that i was charged for ??? I took the phone in only to be told by the kid working there that it was her fault for dropping it. I tried to explain had the screen cover been put on it that could have avoided the whole break and he would not hear it. He said he would give me $10 off to and repair the screen. they charged me 100 dollars for them to order a part I called and told them to cancel it less than an hour later, they told me to come back up there to get a refund. instead of the employee refunding me my money he charged me the 100$ again it's been almlost 2 weeks I've gone up there 4 times to get my refund and the idiot workers just tell me "oh idk how to do that I'll have to call my manager but he's off right now so we'll have to take your number and call you back" 4 times!! and yet still no call from the manager. don't waste your time going here they don't know what they're doing and the customer service is horrible read more

I highly recommend uBreakiFix. They fixed my phone under two hours. My phone was basically non functioning. Excellent service.

The battery in my Samsung Galaxy 10+ was not holding its charge as well as it used to. This style of phone does not let you easily pop off the back and put in a new one. You can buy a new battery and the kit to install it on Amazon for $20, but you risk breaking the back of the phone which would cost more to fix. I opted to pay $80 to have UBreakiFix replace the battery. The employee Simon did an excellent job explaining my options. The work was great and it took less time than promised. I was updated via email every step along the way. Simon is very smart, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend this store in Brighton and think Simon should be in school for computer programming. read more
