Due to a technical error on my part our numbers were ported out and our cellular service was interrupted. To correct this I had to go to the store this past Saturday. Gerica greeted us when we arrived and got us signed in. Gavin handled our situation like a pro. Danielle (manager) also assisted. Although I wasn't able to get my number back, I DID get 2 phone upgrades with multiple accessories with no out of pocket cost. On top of that, my monthly bill dropped by a few dollars. We visited the T-Mobile location at Washington & Buffalo here in Las Vegas. They were Very busy for a Sunday! However, Alvin the T-Mobile associate that assisted us was very cordial, professional, and very knowledgeable when we spoke with him about the deal we saw on TV and our communications needs. If you ask me ..... the store is full of incompetent employees! I pay tons of money for a new phone, get the wrong phone sent, and then they have the audacity to say "just put a case on it" well thats not the point. When you pay for something, you pay for what you want! I have no need to pay restocking fees when an incompetent employee failed to do their job correctly! By far the worst costumer service!! I've just had a terrible experience where I was told my contract wouldn't be honored. I was a sprint customer who unwillingly became a T-mobile customer. I was sold insurance, which is active and I pay for monthly currently and without any lapse or any late payment ever, and have for 23 months with no claims, will not be honored. Absolute scammers... tried to sent me to another store. Derrick the "store manager" is utterly useless. Update - customer support has said that Derrick was absolutely incorrect and they seemed very surprised that someone would say that. My screen will be replaced via insurance.... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, there was two male employees I understand the other employee was busy with a customer but the other guy was just standing by the register didn't greet or say anything I walked up to him and said hi I need to make a phone payment he literally told me rudely if I have the exact change because they had no change what so ever I said "YES" than he asked me what amount I'm paying and I told him what ever I owe right now and he tells me my total and repeats him self again in a attitude saying if I have the right amount of change I said "yes" like if I didn't know what he meant or something I gave him the money and he hands me my receipt and he didn't say anything else not even if I needed help with anything else. I just bought my son the iPhone 13 since they are doing the trade in and get credit for the other phone. Went back a week later to have them print me the mailing slip once I got new phone in the mail so I could send phone to get credit. They said it was not put in the system that way that it was just put I purchased a new phone. So I'm paying full credit for the phone even though they have the promotion going to turn in your phone for credit to get new iPhone. They didn't apologize or try to fix the issue at all they just stared at me. This is the worst location I've been to. It seems they don't know what their doing or they don't care. read more

The absolute worst store. Don't waste your time. I came here to upgrade my phone and they took my old phone back, never registered it that I turned it in. So I am paying for the old phone and my new phone!! Unbelievable! There were no notes or any record of me turning it in. This third party store is terrible! Such an inconvenience and they're stealing money! Now I have to go through corporate and taking time out of my day to get these charges off. The staff is so unhelpful and they all seem like they don't want to be here. What a joke!! Spent over 2000+ in the last 6 months here just for them to screw us over. -100000/10. Nicholas was so helpful to me and found that I had been getting overcharged on my bill by T-mobile and was able to help me get my account credited for the extra months that I had been paying too much. On top of this he also smoothly helped me get my iPad set up on a mobile line which is what I originally came in for. I'm so happy he was there to help me and that he was able to understand what my needs were, and helped me more than expected. With anyone else I'm sure that whole process would've been a headache especially with the extra charges but he handled it so quickly and efficiently I was out of the store within 10 minutes. Pretty bad service from employees. I get that this time of the year is busy, but it seems like they don't want to help nor seem the bit interested in helping at all if it's an issue another employee created. Have gone in twice this week, today was to fix what was created the first time and just awful service from different employees. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a phone store, if you get Joshua L to help you, GOOD. LUCK. He was an absolute idiot and has NO idea what he's talking about, the amount of false information he gave me was actually insane, I don't think anyone could be more wrong if they tried. He also added random insurance to my account that he never even asked if I wanted, just charged my account. I went back the next day and after waiting two hours the manager randomly shouted how much money I owe on the phone and then said he couldn't cancel my order even though as soon as I left and made one phone call they could cancel right away. I stopped by the store to speak with someone about their phone plans since I was considering moving over from Verizon. I got a chance to speak with Keilah ( I think I spelled that right), she answered all my questions and was super helpful. Seriously was one of the best experiences I've had with regards to dealing with a phone carrier. I had very specific questions regarding coverage and she always knew the answer or knew where to find it. I will say that I've been with T-Mobile for about 15 years and I've got nothing but Five Star A1 ++ Service from them at several different stores in the Las Vegas valley and always left beyond satisfied until I walked into this store. I go there explaining that my phone was acting up as if it had a virus and was doing all kinds of strange things on its own. The girl behind the counter mentioned that I may need an Android update and so she checked and I did. She then proceeded to see if I could get a replacement phone if I called 611. So I asked if I could call while there in case I needed help. They said sure. I got on the phone with a tech named John who said I had to get on another phone. So I gave him the number to call at the store and I told the girl behind the counter that he was going to call the store and that he needed the number. She gave it to me to give to him and he calls the store number. She proceeds to talk to him and all the while I'm talking to them both, I asked if nothing was going to be deleted and that I used my phone for work and didn't want anything erased. They kept assuring me nothing was going to be erased:both the tech and the girl behind the counter. While she started to step through some of the procedures the tech was telling, my girlfriend texts me and I asked if I could see the phone just for a second. Now this is where things get bad. The phone is mine. I had every right to have it. But the girl behind the counter got rude to me as I started to reach for the phone. She turns away from me and rudely says no hold on a minute. While I'm patiently waiting while loosing my patience, he started to tell her to delete stuff off my phone. They proceeded to erase stuff without my consent and after both of them promised nothing was going to be erased. After that, she hand's me back my phone with half the apps and screenshots gone. Totally disappointed and very upset with the attitude and just flat out lying to me. So if you call 611, make sure you don't get a tech named John and if you go to this store, prepare to lose some of your stuff or to have something happen to your phone or your account. If you want to go to a good store, go to the one on south Rainbow. Much better service. I went there first as I was there before and got great service. However, they were temporarily closed due to renovations. So stay away from this location. They will mess you up. read more

Went in to get a phone. Manager kept throwing things in the bag and saying that he's "sweetening the deal" or "taking care of me." He gave me headphones that don't work with my phone and at the end of the day my bill went from $80 to over $200. Terrible isn't a strong enough word. read more
