After getting my trade in with special , military discount , and even adding in YouTube Premium I was only paying $5 more a month ! I also changed my Hulu/Disney+/ESPN+ to Netflix/HBO Max. I couldn't believe it. I thought I would be paying at least $15 or more a month. He helped me with transferring all my apps , photos , etc to my new phone. Since it would take a while he told me I could take home and return the next day. When I came in the next day I met with Zach. He looked up my account and said I have a Loyalty Discount of $10 a month for one year or I can add another service for free for a year. I took the $10 a month discount and now paying $5 a month less than I was before with a brand new phone and more 5G service than my previous plan. A Win Win situation for sure. I had checked the other carriers to see if I could get a better deal and even if I bought my phone from Apple and just got service and this was a way better deal and even better when I actually sat down with them to do it. They of course offered me the Wi-Fi package which was cheaper than I pay for Cox , but I've read some people have good service with it while other don't. So unfortunately I'm sticking with Cox even though we all hate them. You would think for what we pay for Cox we would all have Fiber Service !

This man was not a nice person and clearly needs a new job where he doesn't have to interact with real live people. Probably why he keeps his badge turned Ari d so his name is not visible.     I honestly don't even know where to begin--this experience was nothing short of phenomenal…read more I came in because my iPhone 13 was having serious issues The battery was getting unbelievably hot and my cameras had completely failed After going to Apple and being told my AppleCare wouldn't cover it (which was frustrating when I pay $10 a month for AppleCare), they directed me to my carrier, T-Mobile, for a replacement. I chose this location because it's one of my favorites--and I'm so glad I did Right away, I was helped by Kyle, who I believe is the store manager (or at least in a leadership role). He was professional, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable He explained everything clearly--no confusion, no runaround. And the best was there was no upsell. He was not trying to push products on me and make me spend money that I didn't need to that meant more than you could imagine. When he told me I qualified for a replacement and that it would only cost me $6 I was honestly shocked. Six dollars for a full replacement?! That level of service alone blew me away As the process continued, I received updates every step of the way--order placed , in transit , and ready for pickup When I returned, the store was extremely busy ‍ but the team still handled everything with professionalism and care. That's when I met Jennifer ‍ She was kind, patient, and very reassuring. I work in the medical field so my phone holds extremely important information--losing anything was a real concern for me She understood that immediately and walked me through the transfer process with confidence and care Julian also stepped in to help making sure everything was running smoothly All three of them worked together as a team --checking in, supporting each other, and making sure every customer (even the difficult ones ) was taken care of with respect. Even after his shift ended, Kyle stayed a bit longer just to make sure everything went smoothly. That kind of dedication is rare The transfer was estimated at two hours but was completed in about an hour and forty minutes When the new phone powered on and everything transferred successfully it honestly felt like a celebration We were all relieved and excited! I sat in that store for nearly two hours and witnessed firsthand how this team operates Their professionalism, teamwork, patience, and genuine kindness are something you don't see often anymore I must give 100% credit where it's most definitely due--and it's with these three individuals: Kyle, Jennifer, and Julian Kyle, Jennifer, and Julian--thank you You didn't just fix my phone, you made a stressful situation feel easy and even enjoyable I highly recommend this location If you go, tell them "Bobby, the medical guy" sent you Just keep in mind--sometimes there are things they can't control due to company policies But as far as service, effort, and care go, this team is truly exceptional The world needs more people like them

I asked for help and Dean was so nice to help. He knew exactly how to reset my Iphone, according to him it freezes when it gets hot. Dean is an asset to the company with his knowledge and great customer service.

They were very friendly and helpful. She was very enthusiastic and eager to assist and guide me without showing any impatience or rushing to attend to other customers. I will return to this location and recommend her excellent customer service to others.

    5 stars were given solely on the service I received today from Marqueal…read more I called at 10:02 a little after the store opened, I didn't get the persons name who answered but she set the tone. I asked if they any 16 Pros and stock, after being placed on hold she stated yes. I said I'd be there in 30 minutes. She then stated we only have a limited amounts of the phone.. I then reminded I said I'd be there in 30 minutes. She said I can't guarantee they'll be here. I showed up to the store at 10:37. I didn't like the tone or sense of urgency of the employee. That was the drive time it would take and I couldn't get in any faster. One conversation and expressing my frustration Marqueal said I'll handle this for you! He took time helping me through the app to order a new phone, he was even able to up sale me on merchandise that I other wise would've got off of Amazon. He step up my other phone and transferred all my information over to my new phone. He was such a breeze to work with, he was knowledgeable and had answers to all of questions and concerns. I'm still considering transferring service providers but at the moment I am satisfied with the my customer service.
