This was a huge problem as work and travel would have been difficult without it. Looking for a place to diagnose the issue, I went to an establishment in a plaza only to find that it was closed even though hours were listed differently. On a whim, I found Fixitup and within minutes of explaining what happened, Mike had the back of the phone open and there it was. The battery had turned into a pillow. He had to order the battery and gave a time on when the repair would be complete, same day too. On the dot of when he said it would be done, the phone was ready and working as expected. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The price to repair and the service received was EXTREMELY reasonable.

My husband busted some pixels in his screen on his Google Pixel 7 Pro phone and I messaged a few vendors looking for replacement. Andre's response was quick, detailed, but to the point. He was able to order parts, explained the difference between after market and OEM without selling it and have it repaired the next day within an hour as promised! Very friendly and welcoming, not scammy at all which is generally the vibe I get from cell phone repair folks. Would come back again for future repairs, but hopefully don't have to!
