10/25/20 (sun): 1 of 2 entrances to this T-Mobile store

I have to write an updated review & share with you guys my displeasing experience. *SIGH* PLUS knocking down this new T-Mobile location -1 star. I should have paid more attention & immediately red flag it when the rep brought out my supposedly "new" Iphone 11 Pro unwrapped. As if & could have either been used or refurbished. Reps should always open & unwrap the "new" iphones in front of their customers. But that wasn't for my case. How could this have slipped my attention?! Anyways, it turns out my iphone 11 Pro was a lemon. What are the chances of that?! On the 1st day (Monday) the cell battery was draining unusually fast, after I had fully charged it the night before. I gave it a good solid 72 hours before I brought it back into the store. I thought maybe it was my issue. Nope. I hardly used the the cell each day - less than 4 hours yet my battery drained to less than 30% in less than 1/2 the day. Since it continued on like this for days. I brought the cell back to the store on Thursday around 12pm. I told them my issue. They all seem indifferent. No apologies on their end. I seriously felt no empathy from them and they weren't rude either. They "tried" to help & 1/2 of the time they were speaking in Korean. So this kinda feels like when you go to a mani/pedi salon ran by the Vietnamese. You have no idea what the technicians are gossiping about, feels a bit uncomfortable. No offense to anyone! Just my 2 cents. To make this a long story short & spare you guys the details. Lets say it was a very frustrating Thursday, Friday & finally Saturday experience dealing with all 3 reps there plus the manager who came out to "somewhat" assist. I waited each day in the store for almost 1 to 1.5 hours. I kept my cool, patience & composure. It took them 2.5 days for them to give me a new cell phone & get it all set up. Also, this time (w/o saying anything from what I had noticed from my 1st encounter) one of the rep did brought out the new cell phone WRAPPED & unwrapped it in front of me. I truly hate to to say this, I don't recommend coming to this new location if you are new & planning on switching to T-Mobile.

I live in a 1990s home that wasn't built for today's networking and security needs. Their team basically modernized my home to a "new build" and even prepped it for the future. From consultation they heard my needs and then brought their professional insights as well. We did Ethernet runs to multiple rooms of a two story home for data ports, APs, cameras, doorbell, and home network server. They have experience with all platforms especially the ubiquiti system i chose. They were willing to educate me and walk me through exactly how everything would be done. And like any project they were able to trouble shoot and find successful solutions. I am very happy with the service and expertise. We are already making plans for future projects. It's an easy choice, choose Smartology.

I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.

I have a new construction home and one of my first projects was networking/cabling. I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. Starlight Tech was able to take care of all of this and the best part was minimal holes in the drywall. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. On the day of the install, Starlight Tech was here on time, worked together to make sure everything was done in a clean and neat manner, and made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving. They even came back on a second occasion because I was still waiting to order a final security camera. I've recommended Starlight Tech to my neighbors and highly recommend them for any networking or cabling job needed. They are extremely detailed and are excellent at problem solving. The price I paid was very fair for all the work they did. Thank you Mike, Javad, and the Starlight Tech team!!

They helped me install an entire Ubiquiti ecosystem, which included 5 POE Cameras, 1 POE Doorbell, 2 POE Doorbell Chimes, and 4 POE Access Points. It doesn't end there. They even helped me relocate my ethernet ports and power outlets to more convenient locations that are more hidden so I don't end up with dangling wires. It still doesn't end there. They completely rack-mounted everything and made everything beautiful. The Ubiquiti ecosystem is more expensive, but I didn't mind the investment, especially with two industry experts leading the way. In the future, I do not doubt that Starlight Tech will be my go-to if I require any additional networking! Additional Details: My house is a single family, 2 floors, 3326 sqft.

I don't know if this reflects the company's general standards, but I hope they remind their drivers to park responsibly and be mindful of others. No one should have to crawl into their own car because a company vehicle is parked carelessly.
