Came in for help with a mobile hotspot, Kyle went above and beyond to help me open the thing and get it activated. Everytime I call this location someone answers the phone, they help me themselves or give me instructions, or invite me in for help on the spot. Parking is tricky, but theres always the parking structure in the back don't forget. read more

*before I start this review. It's this store. Not AT&T, corporate is already offering me a brand new phone. But he unfortunately already twisted my already sprained wrist. Legal action will have to take place per corporates direction. Absolutely horrendous experience. I signed up for AT&T with Kyle(the associate seen cussing and trying to get the phone I just purchased out my hand) and the Manager, Craig watched as his employee not only broke the law but called me a c*nt, an fk'n-hole and other extremely vulnerable words. He then tried to fight me as I used my legal right to record my experience as well as full voice recordings of all calls. Corporate will be first and I will be pressing charges for assault as seen here in the pictures as the associate grabbed me and tried to though my brand new phone I just purchased from him on the ground. All while claiming they are 100% in the right due to me apparently cussing on phone? But I did not, only his associate told me to F off c*nt. Take your anger out on someone outside of work. It's all recorded, little one. Your anger is making your insecurities very unprofessional. As a customer success manager myself, I know these both are in the wrong as does my finance who heard it all and heard them speaking in mandarin often when they don't want me to know what they are saying. read more

Horrible experience here. The employee Kyle gave no information when signing up for a new line and doing a phone trade-in. I had to ask all the questions and this was my first time switching providers. He was very careless and didn't really know much, would just reply "this is just what the system says, I don't know why" .... What...I might as well have just signed up online myself. He was also very unprofessional. He was swearing at another customer, and trying to start a fight. It isn't the club in here sir. No matter the situation, professionally, the employee should NEVER use profanity, I don't understand how the manager was okay with this. Anyways I advise everyone to not go to this store specifically......i'm sure other stores have more helpful people. I should've went to another store location. read more

AT&T Store - Quote for 2 lines - Mobile Phones Near Me - Irvine, California

Horrible! They didn't help me in my situation nor did they hear everything about what was going on. They just gave me a number to call because it was a technical issue they said. However, the other AT&T store was able to help me without issue. Strange. read more

Over the past 4 years AT&T sales people have come to my door to try and get me to go with their 1gig fiber internet service that was recently made available. Today was the 5th time the pre install team showed up to let me know they would have to pull the fiber from the street behind me and I would have pay the estimated $8,000 to have this done. This is the most crooked company ever. read more

Do not ever do business with ATT. If you close your account, it does not stop the autopay which is buried within the fine print. Closing of account take 1-2 billing cycles, "it's a process." During that time, it's impossible for the service rep to reverse any wrong charges. If charges are reversed, you need to call back to have them issue a gift card. I kid you not; they will not refund to your credit card or bank. The gift card is also terrible to use and nearly impossible to check on your balance. The whole thing is designed to make it extremely difficult get your money back. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered a new phone and had to drop off my old one. I ordered the phone at a different AT&T location but they told me I could drop it off at any location. I showed up and the guy told me they can't take my phone because they don't know any of my information. I told him he could easily look that up and he still said no - made some excuse about not being able to give me a receipt? He clearly just didn't want to deal with it. read more

This store is scam and the owner or employees are liars. We've recently moved in to our new place and try to connect internet. The AT&T online customer service said that we need to wait 3 days until the modem comes and they could start to install it after Tuesday(it was Sunday). So, we searched offline stores and came to this one. The male said he can put on system for us to install it right away and we started processing with him. At the end, he said the same thing as online service that we can install after Thursday. We've already set up the online one but he changed it to his store and said we can't install after. It is totally against what he said when this began. Anyway, we thought nothing is changed and accepted it. Before we left the store, we've asked if we are still available for $100 gift card we got offered when we processed with the online customer service. He said yes. A coupled day after, we got the modem and called AT&T to install. Guess what, we got informed we are not eligible for the offer no longer because we changed it from online to offline. Plus, this store employee's customer service was not good with many other interruptions. I highly recommend not to use this trash store. read more

Horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go to the ATT store 10 minutes away in crossroads where they can actually help you. First, I walked in and all three employees were sitting down scrolling on their personal phones and didn't even bother to look up or greet me when I walked in. Then - I try to turn in my old phone that I already completed the trade in for online. All I had to do was go to an ATT store to turn in it. When I did the turn in I noted the back was cracked. Joe the manager wouldn't even look up my account! He just kept repeating they don't take cracked phones, even though I stated I already told ATT it was cracked. Liar and extremely rude to boot. Complete waste of trip. As I said, do yourself a favor and go to the other store in Irvine crossroads. read more

Sandra is the rudest employee I have ever encountered. She lied and tried to steal my trade in device. Stating they don't have a manager, don't have anyone they can call. I've never been so angry with an At&t experience as I am now. read more

Very un professional...rude Bought a phone here and they refused to help with transfer of data from old phone to new . They say they will charge for it since it is a franchise store . I figured later I could transfer it myself for free . Will never return or recommend this store to anyone. read more

Worst experience ever. Some of the staff I encountered here displayed a lack of knowledge and disinterest in assisting us. They were unprofessional, incompetent, and potentially discriminating against customers. They failed to provide meaningful help and even gave us conflicting instructions, leaving us to figure out the problems ourselves while they were idle, watching TV. They never apologized for the inconvenience caused and appeared to take complaints personally. Things should not have been so unnecessarily complicated. read more

This is a brand new store in this neighborhood, the store manager James was really nice and professional, customized my visit experience. I got a nice iPhone 12 Pro Max with a super cool deal, my bill even lower than T-Mobile side, that's why I am moving over. If you want to get a nice shopping experience with cellphones, this is the place to go. read more

Pretty rude, didn't want to help at all. Just sent me to corporate AT&T. I wish they were friendly and directed me in a more helpful manner.

1 Star = Not good. That rating is too high. Notice that AT&T Dallas does not have a yelp page. Not a good sign. I hate their billing service. Charging for services I did not receive, then faking the removal and resolution, then rebilling again with a threat to send it to collections. Note: I have no service with them at all. Billed me for service I never received. They still want to charge me. I thought only Nigerian companies did that. read more

Worst experience ever. They have no interest in helping you, and kick you to call the customer service. Very rude.

This store is a scam. I bought a new iPhone as per AT&T's offer and traded in my old phones (2 phones) at the same time. They took the trade-ins but didn't give me any trade-in receipts. They said there was no such receipt. (I found out from another store that they had to give me a receipt for the trade-ins) I gave them the phones anyway and they submitted the trade-ins, but on one of the phones, they indicated that I had damage on my phone (I only had normal wear and tear) and discounted the value of the phone by $500 less than I am entitled to. They did not tell me I had damage on my phone when I gave it to them (there was no damage when I gave it to them). When I called to discuss this issue and asked for the manager, they kept on saying, call one hour later. When I asked to wait for the manager, they just hung up on me. When I called back and said that they hung up on me, he said, it was not an accident; the manager is not available. Very rude. He said, Call one hour later. When I called again, they said, call one hour later. It is very frustrating. This place is a scam!!! read more
