Coach Queens Ctr Mall is no more and for some strange reason the locator doesn't state that so once again I'm forced to come to Manhattan but ok. I placed an order online for a color blocked Smyth Satchel crossbody and I intentionally ordered the same item in 2 sizes, the mini and regular size. I did that because sometimes especially when the bag is a crossbody there isn't room for your wallet. I wanted to make sure it was the right size as I plan on using it for my upcoming Europe vacation. After receiving the bag and falling in love with the larger size, I needed to return the other so 5th Ave it was. I walked in the store the only customer, approached a gentleman fixing a display and courteously stated why I was there. He beckoned to another worker (Asian lady) to assist me and reiterated what I needed help with. I took the bag from the shopping bag and handed it to her with the receipt. No sooner than I had done that she began to play 21 questions, where did you buy the bag, what's wrong with it, why are you returning it, why not take something else , do you have other coach bags. Wtf? Here's my thing....I'm gonna assume she can read as the receipt stated it was purchased online, shows that I bought two of the same bag, the one I was returning still had go on the straps and as I stood in front of her I was wearing a red crossbody from last season's collection. I hate that game. Whether it's intentional or not, it's unnecessary. If customers are making a return and they would live something else in return for it as opposed to the preferred for of payment, they'll say exchange etc or look for something else. Don't harass them under the disguise of customer service or side ways racism. Other than that love Coach, the quality of their products and their warranty. I have never had an issue with a product, reached out to them and it wasn't rectified swiftly and to maximum satisfaction. I will continue to patronize the brand, perhaps just not this location.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair in South Orange, NJ,…read moreand I believe other customers should exercise caution when purchasing accessories from this business. I purchased a charger that I was led to believe was an Apple MagSafe charger and paid $74 for it. After using the charger, I noticed that my phone became extremely hot while charging. That immediately concerned me because excessive heat while charging a phone can raise legitimate safety concerns. I decided to inspect the charger more carefully. I could not find the Apple branding, model information, or "Designed by Apple in California" markings that I would expect to see on a genuine Apple product. The charger also appeared to have "EPIC" branding rather than Apple branding, and its physical appearance and finish did not appear to match the official Apple MagSafe chargers I found when comparing the product. I also checked Apple's official pricing and found that genuine Apple MagSafe chargers are generally sold directly by Apple for considerably less than the $74 I paid. That made me even more concerned about exactly what product I had been sold and how it had been represented to me. I showed the charger to several people who are familiar with Apple products, and they also questioned whether it was a genuine Apple charger. I additionally uploaded photographs of the charger to ChatGPT and asked it to compare the product with official Apple MagSafe chargers. Based on the photographs and the information provided, ChatGPT identified several differences, including the lack of expected Apple markings, differences in appearance and finish, and the overheating issue. I contacted the store twice and specifically requested a refund because of the overheating and my concerns about the product's authenticity. On both occasions, I was told that the store does not provide refunds. Instead, I was offered an exchange for another product. That was not an acceptable resolution for me, particularly when I had serious concerns about the safety and authenticity of the accessory. I ultimately disputed the $74 charge with my bank and was reimbursed. I am posting this review because customers should know exactly what happened in my case. If you are purchasing an Apple accessory from this business, I strongly recommend exercising caution. Before paying, carefully inspect the packaging and product, verify the exact brand and model, and compare it with the manufacturer's official product information. If you are specifically looking for a genuine Apple accessory, make sure you can verify that it is actually an Apple-branded product. This review is based on my personal experience and what I observed with the charger I purchased. The combination of the excessive heat, the branding and product differences I observed, the $74 price, and the refusal to provide a refund left me extremely dissatisfied with the transaction. Customers should be very careful and do their own verification before purchasing accessories from this location.

They offer so many features and they are constantly upgrading their customer portal with new features. My favorite is their powerful call filtering system which is called Called Treatments. You can send unwanted calls to VM, disconnected message, busy signal, etc. Also, by default, incoming calls are rated based their probability of being spam and you can filter them as well to your liking. You can use your phone book or contacts as a white list to only allow those calls to reach you (and send all others to VM for instance). The customization is endless in terms of filtering calls. For $1.50 per month, they offer an E911 service. Customer support is very helpful and friendly and online support documentation is extremely thorough. They offer SMS and Fax services. I have never looked elsewhere for another VOIP service and will continue to use them and have gotten family members to used them as well. So calling between other Callcentric users is free if you have a per minute plan. There are many plans to choose from. Even during the Sandy superstorm, where their facility got damaged, they offered their customers compensation which I think was very fair.

The five stars is really in comparison to other AT&T stores (the only place to fairly judge a chain/franchise in my opinion). What brought us into the AT&T Store was an upgrade program. Both my wife and I were due for new phones, and AT&T was running a deal too good to pass up. We headed inside on a weekend and were greeted by AJ. AJ discussed the options with us, including pricing, and offered some balanced, personalized recommendations for devices to select. He also discussed the options to purchase and trade-in, even offering some suggestions to minimize hassle and time spent in the store. In the end, he made some solid recommendations! What I also liked about AJ was the fact that he reviewed our monthly bill to try to discuss how we can save on our current plan. In the end I really felt like he was looking out for us. The option we selected for the trade-in process was to have the items shipped directly to our home. Within 3 business days (at a specified time), we had the equivalent of a mobile AT&T store (an AT&T employee in a vehicle with accessories to purchase on hand) pull up to our home right on schedule. The employee confirmed our info and helped us set up our new phones. We mentioned we wanted to double-check that everything was transferred before giving up our old phones. Overall the whole process was smooth and simple, taking up to 30 minutes. Our next store visit introduced us to Zane. We headed in and handed in our old phones, and the process took about 5 minutes. Zane also helped get us set up with some screen protectors, and he even offered to place the protectors on our new phones for us. One protector (worth $50 by the way) had some dust on it after it was installed. Without hesitating, Zane took off the protector, threw it out, and installed a new one free of charge. He also mentioned the free warranty program. Basically if the screen protector ever cracks or breaks, we just bring it back to the store with the original box and get a new one for free. Personally what impressed me most, though, was not how Zane attended to us but how he attended to another customer. An older gentleman was furiously taking down notes about how to use his iPhone. He joked that he's in here every week to learn how to use his phone. Zane was taking the time to show him all the basics. To me, that's exemplary service that deserves to get recognized. The store itself is small and limited in what's available to take home that day (a lot needs to be ordered/shipped), but it's also in a convenient location in Rockville Centre. They also were following all the safety protocols with plenty of hand sanitizer to go around. For us, the process of dealing with this store was efficient, positive, and hassle-free. We'll definitely be back in the future.
