What really stood out was that without even looking at the order details, he remembered off the too of his head, how to spell my name! That may seem small, but for me it was such a nice touch. A lot of people automatically spell my name as "Eileen," but he remembered it's with an "A," and I truly appreciated that extra attention to detail. They go above and beyond for every customer that walks in the store, Many of the services that UPS offers are slightly more expensive than places in Inwood; however, I know that I can depend on the staff at the Inwood UPS Store to get our job done *correctly* and *on-time* -- something for which we will gladly pay extra or wait in a line for 10 minutes.
