I had the best experience at this FedEx location this A.M! I came in with a prepaid box to handle a return, and Yasmani was absolutely incredible. He was so kind, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. Customer Service Experience: Yasmani went above and beyond--he actually helped me pack everything up in the box (basically did it for me, LOL!). He had such a friendly demeanor and a great personality that he actually made this rainy, cold Friday morning seem not so bad. It's rare to find that level of genuine care! Store Environment The store itself was immaculate. It was super clean, organized, warm, and clearly well taken care of. The "energy" of the space was great, which made the visit even more pleasant. I have been using this FedEx store since 2017. Joanne was serving then and now. She is a pro, and she cares and really helps. This is important because FedEx online customer service sucks. Their 800-463-3339 customer service phone people are terrible: they hangup forcing me to call again. In short, not all Fedex people are good. This FedEx Office location is pretty close to my house and easy to get to. PLUS, unlike Manhattan locations, it is usually not packed inside. Also, I'm not sure what is up with a previous review I saw on Yelp about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff because both times I've visited, the staff have been super helpful and friendly. Currently, there is plenty of parking in the lot of this FedEx Office, which is located in a newly-built strip center where no other stores have opened yet. This may change when Victoria's Nail & Bar (yep, that is not a typo) opens next door. read more

Team was quick and helpful, manager tried to help me resolve my lost package that was lost in FedEx yonkers. Package didn't leave yonkers for 2 months and was charged by Apple for not sending it back. Nobody wants to help or give answers. I came in to ship some files for work today to an international recipient. Had 6 file boxes and 1 pre labelled box; was prepared for backlash as most locations don't seem to like orders with a lot of boxes--and didn't get any. Jon helped me and was really pleasant about it, even when I needed to take a little extra time to get additional shipping details. There was another associate who even chimed in to explain what may have happened with a high shipping cost incurred by a coworker of mine. Jon helped me find the most economical but well packed shipping option, and had me packed and out of the door in less than 45 minutes which was much appreciated. Will be coming back to this location for future shipping needs. This location seemed pretty busy (typical for the holiday season), so plan to come in early, especially if you have questions or if your items will require packing to avoid a longer wait. read more

NEVER USE FED EX COPY ON BROADWAY!!! After placing an order online and being advised by their customer service to pay in store due to a tax exempt paperwork issue, I was told by the store when my order was done that the price was OVER 100 MORE in store then I was totaled online. Their manager said that the prices are cheaper online then in store so they won't honor them. Tried to work with Fed Ex customer service and they wouldn't budge. Avoid this location at ALL costs. Horrible customer service, lack luster, lazy, and poorly educated staff. Make sure you get receipts from these ppl, make sure you know every detail of your shipment BEFORE coming to this God forsaken location. To the young lady by the name of "Crystal" and the other by the name of "Joanna" make sure to brush up on your customer service. Your employer should be ASHAMED to have you working at this location or any location for that matter. FedEx would do well to fire you both for being individuals that use such language with paying customers. The behavior and manner in which I was treated made me cancel my order. What a crap shoot. I went to this fed ex office and the printer didn't work. Charged me to use it but didn't print anything. Takes 3-5 business to get my money back as well. The staff has a horrendous attitude as well. The job is straight to the point: make sure there is paper in the printers and know how to trouble shoot. That's it. Smh UPDATE: don't use your credit or debit card number at this fed ex. My credit card number was stolen here. After I left this place, I had multiple $0 charges from Fed Ex from this location on my card as attempts to use it then my card, then immediately after my card number was used at a gas station nearby for $100. The bank refunded my money but NO ONE at the bank did anything about calling fed ex to investigate. If you must use their services, PAY CASH HERE. TRUST ME. read more
