I've been with T Mobile since they Merged with Sprint!!! I've had my IPhone since Sprint . So I was due for an Upgrade so I moved up to a 15 Max !! When it Arrived I did the I Cloud Backup and then I Downloaded my Information to my New Phone !!!! To Finish the Upgrade and Migration to the new iPhone!!! I was required to go to a T Mobile Location and get a New E-Sim and a T Mobile Employee to Verify my ID !! To Finish the Migration to the New Phone!! So I Jumped into my Whip and Rolled to this T Mobile location!!! I found this T Mobile locations to be Very Busy and Very Organized and Customer Service Friendly!!! Lulu was the Customer Service Provider that helped me out with my I Phone Migration , E Sim and Activation!!!! She then Cleared the Memory on My Old IPhone and Verified it was in good condition and working. She also Packaged it for Shipping back to T Mobile for me!!! Lulu was a Pleasure to work with!!! Horrible service , bad communication, and unprofessional employees is what you are going to get from this location . I usually don't go to this location because of previous encounters but since I notice it looked remolded , I thought I give it another try . I was happy that I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Esteban. Esteban made up for all my horrible experiences at T-Mobile . He was very attentive, knowledgeable and he was able to resolve my issue that I been dealing with for over a month . He actually took the time to resolve it . On the other hand his co worker " Gee" was being extremely hostile and telling Esteban to hurry up because he been working with me for over 20 minutes . I thought he was the manager the way he was barking orders to the other employees but he wasn't . Gee is about making a sales first before customers services so that is why he was upset at the amount of time Esteban was spending with me solving my issues . I also notice that Gee only helps people first that is the some race as he is . I heard several other customers complain that they had arrived first but still Gee ignore them and went to the customers of his race . This happened three times within the hour that I was there . I left there feeling uneasy because I received good service from one employee but had a horrible experience with another employee that wasn't even helping me . I really felt harassed and uncomfortable the way he kept interrupting Esteban helping me . I hope the manager looks into this . When I was there there were not any managers on site. read more

I was in a rush in getting a SIM card for a family member. I called and spoke with Jesus and he assured me that it will take me less than 20 mins. I came during lunch break and was in and out. Jesus himself helped me. He also gave me advise on what to do next with what I'm trying to achieve with our mobile phone accounts. He was friendly. The shop was clean and organized. Customer service at this location is great but your experience with this and any cell phone provider will mostly have to do with the quality of the signal when your at work/home. Be sure to look at the coverage maps before you sign any contracts. I would even go so far as to find a friend who has the service and ask about dead zones. If you've got particular places you travel often see if you can check those places too. I like the way you are greeted as you enter and how your quickly added to a queue if things are busy. Came in to upgrade phones. Waited in line for 30 + min. Wanted two iPhone 15 Pro Max 256gb phones. Sales Associate named Gagan told us they don't have that size in store and only carry 128gb. Said we need to place an order or order online. We go home to order over the phone through T-Mobile and phone rep said iPhone 15 pro max doesn't come in 128gb. WTF?! So, I order the 256gb over the phone and, now, have to wait 2-3 days for it to be shipped. So, just to confirm, I call Gagan to confirm what' pro max sizes they have and, again, he says 128 only. I tell him I called customer service & they told me that 256 is the smallest the 15 pro max comes in... and he tries to tell me, "yeah 256gb are the ones we have." Then, doesn't apologize and gets kinda rude because he's, currently, with another customer. What a waste of time. I could have had my phone already but, now, went through all this trouble and still have to wait a few days to get it because of this guy. read more

WORST OF THE WORSE SERVICE. If there is a negative RATING, that's what I would give this branch. Two very bad experiences, the first one, some months ago, I went to this branch, around 6pm and the sign in their door says they close 8pm but the door was locked and the people inside was laughing or having fun so I knocked, one of the sales person opened the door and told me they are closed, I said its past 6 and you close at 8pm, he said no they are closed. I would like to share my experience with the T-Mobile store in Hayward on Hesperian Blvd. As soon as I walked inside, I was warmly and genuinely greeted by Dariella. My purpose was to inquire on a modem, and any promotions or discounts that I may be qualified for. Next thing I know, I'm asking about upgrading my phone, buying additional phone accessories, etc. I went from what was supposed to be a 5 minutes in and out session to a 30 minute session with all the answers I had no idea I was looking for. I did present an unusual issue that had Dariella inquire with her Manager for clarification. In less than 5 minutes, my issue was on the way to be resolved. Thanks to her manager who I failed to request her name. Either way, Dariella displayed so much patience with all my questions. Not once did she become impatient. She was very informative. So informative, that I walked out with an upgrade to my existing plan that will give me a discount once I do my part within the next several hours. I also was prepared to try and bring my family onboard to T-mobile. Dariella's advice and information gave me more motivation to consider upgrading my phone. Thank you Dariella for all your help. I really appreciate it, as well as appreciate your excellent 5 Star customer service! You are truly a people person. When it works, it's great. I love the streaming video not eating up the gigs. The wi-fi calling and texting can be very helpful and works better than other companies. For international travel, they beat the competition for sure. However, they used to be cheaper. When I called, the sales person told me my phone would have 32gb and it's only 16; it was obsolete the day I got it but by then I had pneumonia and didn't know notice in time to return it. YouTube doesn't count as video streaming for some technical gotcha reasons. The coverage can be spotty. I'm leaving them because there is no coverage in the rural community where I now live or in the rural community where my new grandson lives. read more

Employee Daisy and her manager, bald Asian man, threatened to keep mine and my husband's personal cell phones after we reconsidered trading in our phones through the Jump program. We never once signed official documentation committing to any plan, therefore they were in the wrong in threatening with such unreasonable action. I even considered calling authorities if matters escalated. Word of Advice to future customers: Don't submit to their threats. Call T-mobile customer service while you're in the store so that they can help sort out the situation. I had been having trouble with charging my phone and they helped me out fairly quickly and was able to charge my phone and test it out while sitting comfortably. The first one was at the Santa Clara Street in Hayward where they went through our phones with a fine toothpick trying to disqualify them for trade in. The 2nd T-Mobile shop we went to was at the Southland Mall which was congested with one of the most unfriendliest staff we've ever encountered. This shop on Hesperian though was a unique find. It is very spacious with a place to sit and relax and even a table where your family or friends can chill while waiting. The biggest drawcard though was the staff. Mr Miguel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He offered just what we needed with no pressure whatsoever in trying to get us to buy accessories we didn't need or plans we didn't want. The experience was also quick & pleasant. We went in and got what we wanted in the fastest time possible. We definitely recommend this place for any of your T-Mobile needs.
