I showed her my email confirmation with the AAA logo and she stood firm on her statement with the rudest tone ever, repeating in an increasingly snide tone that she was the director and that in all of her 25 years, she had never heard of it. I told her that her tone was awful, that I was just trying to find out more information. and she kept at it, so I matched her energy and walked out telling her to fuck off. Came here to get my international driver's permit on a Wednesday a few weeks ago ahead of a trip abroad, and I was really impressed with the organization and professionalism of this place! Pros: - ample parking lot to make it easy to get stuff done - Efficient check-in process, like a well-oiled machine. I felt well taken care of by the front desk people, and they were really clear about the process and how long it would take. I was in and out in like 20 minutes - Free passport photos/IDP photos with AAA membership! Just make sure to bring your membership card - Sitting area has a lot of chairs so you aren't stuck standing around waiting - clean space - has a TV monitor in the waiting area that you can track your name for - Overall everyone I interacted with was really nice and professional - good air conditioning on a hot day if you're waiting longv Cons: - it looks like if you come for DMV services the wait could potentially be longer (I observed a lot of people still sitting there waiting even after I was done with my stuff). - I would say if you have a really common name, it can get confusing because when they call your name to go up to the worker's desks, it can be confusing which person they're calling if there's multiple people - just double check that it's the right category you're waiting for. read more

I love this place! Where do they find these employees? I went in for DMV services, and each time, they've been incredibly helpful and fast. The DMV itself was not helpful at all when I chatted with an agent, they even ended the chat before I was finished! How rude! Then I remembered I have a membership with AAA. I went in as a walk-in and was out in less than 15 minutes, even though there were some issues with my paperwork (FastTrak's problem, not theirs). So far, I've been there twice and have been helped most recently by Ayanna. She is knowledgeable, kind, and patient -- an absolute pleasure to work with! read more

Love the AAA DMV experience. It comes free with a towing plan and is worth it if you enjoy buying cars or getting towed. I don't like getting towed but I do like the short DMV lines here. Its so nice - walking in here is like walking into paradise. Your surrounded by competent people who help you with your car registration problems. Love it. The building is currently undergoing some remodeling to further enhance your experience. I read that on a sign posted. Hard to imagine they could somehow improve perfection but lets see. I don't know about you but to me it feels like car buying season. I case you love older cars its a good idea to get a tow plan for peace of mind. I have no positive or negative feedback for this repair shop. Thomas is very helpful and provides feedback beyond his required job duty. However, there is no resolution to the problem with my vehicle. 2014 Dodge Challenger SRT 392. During a prior visit in May. They were able to determine some issues, and that was a great experience aside from the cost to repair being far outside of my budget. Which was basically some sensors and a system reset , and some other minor but expensive issues Compared to this visit, early in June. Which could be a combination of mechanical issues and indirectly related to the prior issues. The mechanical could be covered by a warranty that I have for the vehicle engine, transmission,and drivetrain. It was understood by myself and Thomas. The warranty company is highly selective on coverage of repairs. I have no disappointment in customer service. However, I am confused about how the repair facility couldn't find anything mechanically wrong on a 2014 Dodge Challenger SRT 392 with 91,000 miles, which the warranty company would cover. On any slightly different circumstance, most repair shops would find at least a full page or maybe even 2 pages of mechanical problems that would be covered by a 3rd party warranty company, given its a customer and vehicle without such a warranty. Paying out of pocket, which equals no hassle with a 3rd party warranty company and 100% profits. I'm not knocking that. It's a business and they need to make money. However, it leaves me to question motives about the findings or rather lack of findings. However, they did not provide poor service. However, maybe a very professional way to say we don't want to be bothered with this, delivered in a very strategic, professionally courteous manner. Had I been a customer with wealthy pockets and the ability to pay for any problem found. While also paying out of my own pocket. With no 3rd party warranty. I believe they would have found a problem along the lines of a repair needed and within coverage guidelines of the warranty company. We waited for a long time to be helped with an insurance service we came in for, only to watch Nargis, the agent, skip the line and take someone who wasn't even waiting ahead of us. There was no explanation or acknowledgment of the wait. The entire process was disorganized and unfair, showing no respect for customers' time. We ended up having to leave without receiving any help. A complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience. I would have given this location a better rating, but I honestly can't based on what happened. I hope my next visit is better. read more

So Service requested wasn't able to get help that day because I didn't have the paperwork that I needed. The quality of the service was OK. The value was fine but the person that helped me her name was Mandy. She's a really awesome person. Great Customer Service gave my granddaughter some pages to color and some crayons that's was nice to keep my granddaughter busy . so I really wasn't able to get the service that I requested or need it for my handicap placard at that time so I'm gonna have to go back another day but I probably won't because it's just a hassle that I had to keep going back when it was not my mistake that was made, but it's OK. Fortunate to have this AAA location nearby as I was able to take my passport photo here within 10 minutes on a weekday afternoon. No appointment is needed, walk-ins are welcome. I was greeted by friendly service as soon as I walked in and was guided to the back to take my photo. You get two photos printed (in case you lose one or it gets ruined). They ensure the sizes meet the requirements. Prices have gone up over the years, this is the latest pricing for passport photos. If you are a AAA member, it will cost $9.00 + tax = $9.97 (children in the same household as the member qualify for the same price). For non-AAA members, it's $20. They just remodeled the office and it was such a pleasant experience. The way they did it before was still a world difference compared to the dmv but the new remodel was top tier. You walk in and they check you in, tell you what place you are in line and ask you to wait in the waiting area. The waiting area is giving modern, the whole design of the office was modern, sleek, clean. Waited not even 10 minutes before they called my name, clarisse helped me out and she was wonderful. Their offices will be closed on Saturday 08/31/24 for the Labor Day holiday week-end. We were there Saturday 08/17/24. Please note that they are doing construction inside of AAA, and also have a skeleton crew working as well. It took us about 45 minutes to get tags for our car registration which was not bad, especially when we were informed about the wait time, along with receiving a text message stating that they are ready for you and what you need. read more

After last weeks debacle I was told to call back today and they would do whatever it takes to make sure the driver arrives around the time I do. Today I call, ask for a supervisor, and she tells me sorry but I have to call and hope my time isn't wasted again. Unique was quite the opposite (the supervisor???). They better tow the car today. I guess AAA stands for call and show up 3 times before they actually tow your car. Today I was told 45 to 90 minutes. I called @ 11. Sat around for an hour. Got a text that it would be another hour. So that is 2 days I missed my lunch and now tomorrow I am forced to take a half day at work so someone will hopefully show up in 2 hours. That is 6 hours of my time that has been wasted because the original driver couldn't ask to have car moved to place he could load it. Looks like none of your drivers want the trek to Tracy??? This my first time visiting this AAA branch to get my International Driving Permit. I was immediately helped when I arrived around 10A.M. by Grant. He helped sort out the entire thing and I was out in 20 minutes. His customer service was amazing and this is one of my most pleasant/ personable experiences in getting official documents completed. AAA insurance check. It's not that they are the cheapest place but they are pretty well know; and you need insurance to drive you car. What not everyone know is this place has DMV services. WOW if you are a car flipper or someone who needs to register a car or do a transfer you must go to the DMV to do this. But if you are a AAA member they have there own DMV line that REALLY moves. I was in and out in 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. Last time I was at the DMV for 3 hours; and I was happy about that. Go here for DMV services trust me; less wait nicer people; I was in and out fast. It's a huge place and they do offer other services. There is a ton of parking. If you are a AAA member do all of your DMV services that they provide here it's way better; I got my new car registered paid for. The only thing I have to dig them on; in order to use this server you need to have an active tow package and those start at $52 bucks a year and up. It's not bad to have the AAA tow for $52 bucks a year I mean a tow is going to cost you more anyways and it's another good thing to have. I mean insurance is good to have when you need it; peace of mind I guess. Check out this location for all of your DMV needs' Members only tho no; your yelp elite won't play here.
