    Zero help from the staff in the Hanover. The company give me the run around after, in this store…read moreand corporate. Notes on my account the store claims they can't waive. Never offered a tissue after being upset and frustrated for week battling with the company just to pick up a phone they cancelled. Zero customer service, empathy. Only wanted to help with my Father got pissed and started talking. I had to call corporate bad cause they couldn't be bothered.

When I attempted to sync the watch with my phone it would not sync. I followed all suggestions and even Google online advice. I returned to the Hanover shop less than 24 hours after purchase and told them the watch would not sync. They told me it was $30 fee for them to sync the watch. I agreed as long as it was not a defective watch. They could not sync it. They told me because it was an Apple product I would have to bring it to them. I insisted I was not leaving without a new watch (purchased less than 24 hours ago). They took the watch out back and claimed to have synced it up to two different phones and insisted it was my iPhone. I asked for them to try a new watch on my phone but they refused. I got a refund went to The Apple Store purchased the same watch synced up on the first try with no work done to my IPhone. I am a long time Verizon customer with many devices on my account. I was not happy with the services offered.

The new phone carrier said "all good" from their end; the phone guy they sent our for the install said everything "should be working fine"; heck, we even had some big telecom company technician here for 2 hours saying something in the system must be burnt out and their solution was to sell us a $5,000 new phone system! Yikes! This morning I stumbled onto Gallo Telecom's website. I spoke with Dean and in less than 5 minutes I knew this guy could figure it out. I got him some information he needed; he tested our phone lines remotely and after about 15 minutes for reasons known to only Dean and God, he figured out the new phone carrier programmed our lines incorrectly!!!! I called the carrier; told them exactly what Dean told me to say; and like magic, the system is working perfectly! Absolutely and without the slightest hesitation, Dean is my hero. If needed, I would call him again in less than a minute and suggest to anyone else who needs a Guru in the Telecom World to do the same. He made it simple, effortless and as uncomplicated as it could possibly be for the lay person. My hat is off to you Dean and everyone else at Gallo Telecom. In late February 2017, we had a system failure and called on Interconnect to repair the issue. Other than a single, unproductive technician visit, Interconnect did nothing to help us resolve the issue. Their representative - Robyn - was extremely unprofessional. They made many promises to fix the system issue but never came to the office in three weeks. We finally had to turn to another vendor for repairs. Interconnect ignored our emails and letters requesting a refund. They finally responded to an attorney letter. They may be a very good company on the technical side - though we never got to find that out. But when it comes to service and doing the work contracted for, Interconnect receives a grade of F.
